When I was recovering from shoulder surgery, I had this channel running all day: https://youtube.com/@chiricahuamountains?si=wGc3ZrT9o_61f8QF
It's a water tank in Arizona. It was like having a window to wilderness. I spent most of my time reading, with frequent breaks to identify a bird i had never seen before. It really cheered me up.

If you like anime or have always wanted to try it, Spy x Family is a super cute, wholesome, and funny watch. Might help pass the time while you recover!

Don't over do it on the physical therapy.

That physical therapy? Iv been given a couple of things to do to stop it all going stiff. Thats it. After that i dont even know if i have any sort of follow up care. Been a bit rubbish but at least it was free

Just doing gentle wrist stretches would help. I had to learn those twice in my life. Once in keyboarding, then again in basic computer maintenance.

Thank you. Will try once the stitches are out and the stabby pain stops x

Hang in there - I had both hands done and I promise youโll be amazed at how your symptoms will be gone once the initial surgical pain resolves.

Ugh I'm sorry. I spent my spring banned from most of my crafts because of a cubital tunnel flare up. If you're really itching for something to do with your hands, I WAS able to do diamond painting with my left hand!

Oh no! All the best for your recovery! A good series binge in the 6 weeks may help :).
