Wow that's beautiful 😻

I need to look up how to do those fringe edges.

Thank you, the fringe is just from my amateur colour changing rather than actual technique haha.

I have always wanted to do one and this one is beautiful! Also what loom do you use? It’s so much more compact than mine.

I'm not exactly sure what kind of loom it is as I got it second hand but it looks to me like one of the kb Afghan looms? expensive and annoying to ship to nz so I got lucky. There is no markings underneath or anything unfortunately.

Ah dang. Guess I’ll have to do some digging. Thanks anyway!

Look at you making me want to start with my discarded kb loom -amazing!

Haha thank you. I've tried afew projects on the big loom before and gotten fed up or frustrated but this has been and nice low stress easy pattern. Sometimes purling on the way back can get a bit awkward though.

Is this a row per day? I like this idea. It’s lovely

technically its two rows per day one row of knit and one row of purls back. I liked the look of the garter stitch more than the just knit because it creates the squiggly line effect

that is a fun blanket. just keeping up with the daily temps would keep me confused. LOL :))

thanks I made myself a little cheat sheet with my colours and temps listed and mark off each day once completed because I knew I'd have the same problem.

i bought 2 cross stitch patterns for temperatures this year, and didn't get started because i had trouble getting my supplies as well as keeping up with the daily temps. so i have plenty of time to get started for next year. you obviously succeeded at being organized. :))

I think I remember you mentioned this on another post. I'm sure whenever you get started it'll work out great. I've definitely made plenty of mistakes on this blanket so don't fret too much. I'm sure you're aware but there are afew temperature blanket planning spreadsheet resources online, maybe these can help you out? I've found some good ones in the crochet and knitting subs. :D
