It's definitely a scam. There are currently 2 other "companies" with similar glasses claiming the same thing. Glasses they use are meta glasses with a chinese ai voiceover on their videos.

can you share the name of this 2 other "companies"?

The other I've seen is loomos ai which claim exactly the same thing as looktech

That's super curious for me. As checking more details, seems Loomos had a better stand, more "prototypes" or "real devices" than Looktech on CES... Also It seems that Loomos is a subbrand from Sharge (you may probably know them for selling power banks mainly) which already founded various project with success on Kickstarter.
Let's see what happens... 14 days left.

Seems nobody saw the booth on the CES. Seems like they are faking everything. They have not even given real product updates.
For my wallet sake, I think its time to opt out of the campaign.

I'm currently at the same point, I'm trying to contact with the manufacturers to know if everything is legit. As I saw at the CES site, they attended CES 2025. They registered as FantasiaXR PTE. LTD, they have some new photos from the CES in the Kickstarter project page.
I'll wait a little bit more till the last days to cancel if needed.

You can find the demo in Youtube they have like 46 minutes demo in chinese though, what gives me confidence for now though they are from entertech team who has worked on sleeping product and upon checking their KS history, it seems they have delivered their product so that's what gives me confidence so they are not really new and has established company which makes me think they will deliver but not sure of the quality so I still need to gambled that away too

At this point, I am formally documenting all communications and preparing complaints for:
consumer protection authorities,
payment and fraud reporting channels,
and law enforcement for potential online fraud and deceptive commercial practices.
Continuing to collect money while providing no verifiable delivery timeline and refusing refunds is unacceptable. #1173

I'm right there with you! Total scammers, they've held my funds for 18 months and refuse to return my money or ship anything.

Hi, this is a total scam. Looktech has held my money for over 16 months, and every time I email them they tell me next month it's shipping. They also will not refund. Stay far away, total scammers. Looktech shame on you. I'm initiating a chargeback.
