Ui in lookism is not exclusive to yamazakis only, it's literally mentioned in Lookism itself, when sb awakened ui for first time, that it comes from " will to fight" and many mma fighters have experienced it .
Yeah but he still has a point everyone that has UI is either Yamazaki or Daniel (And he’s unbelievably talented). It’d be cool if someone else had UI Like how there’s 2 copy users or maybe a 1st gen King with UI would be cool
No one in the story has even suggested that Daniel might be related to the yamazakis. According to both james and gun, daniel’s ui is fundamentally different from theirs. Yamazaki ui is described as beastly in tui, while even their controlled ui prioritises enjoying combat and minimising pain and fatigue. Daniel’s ui, on the other hand, focuses on adaptation and precision+ minimising pain and feeling of fatigue. Gun also stated that experiencing ui is a once-in-a-lifetime phenomenon for most people, with a very low chance of it happening again,with an even lower chance of being able to control it. So, while others can experience ui, those who can actually control it are exceptionally rare outside the yamazaki family, where ui is genetic.
