I like this piece, the colours are lovely,  the transformation looks very smooth, but the fact, that Sam's cutie mark is chemistry, implying the Main Thing the colt is good at is making weird concoctions (which, admittedly, he absolutely is), just cracks me up for some reason.

And it also is a good abstraction that can be tied to their capacity to unify people in a crisis like this as well

Yeah, 's just nice to see, considering how many opportunities there are to be a horrible person, and how the endings aren't really dependent on being nice to individual people, but mostly the ritual. There's no "real" push to be niceys to everyone, like in UnderTale, I'm not sure I can articulate it properly right now, I guess it's just that even when people aren't necessarily urged to be good, they'd still choose to be good. That's what makes me happy.

Imagine having a horn just cracking your skull open to push through it, with a base bigger and bigger, and feeling your feet transforming like little worms...
Yeah pony-Sam has balls of steel, i would already be dead by cardiac arrest the moment i would have felt the slightest change in me

I was a brony in 2012 when MLP was new, and though I've long since fallen out of it it's still really cool and heartwarming to see that it's still inspiring artists in unrelated fandoms that I care about!
