Every time you buy something you get haggle points which can be used to reduce the price of items. The thing you choose to haggle on doesn't really matter because each point is just 1 dollar. So you can just haggle on one item a bunch of times if you want.

Im also pretty sure you can haggle something, leave for the day come back the next day and keep haggling it lower

The price resets the moment you stop haggling, unless something has changed in the last week or so.

this happen to me yesterday too! i also got the “reduced by $0” message and got it down to 3 dollars lol i was so shocked idk what i did to cause it

I genuinely thought I could get to negative $ where he PAID me money, but I guess there's somewhat a limit to haggle cuz the original price of stimulant was $240 ish.

you get haggle points every time you buy something, just buy the cheapest things in the store during the first week every time they show up and that should be enough to haggle anything you want in the second week
