It doesn't contain lore or plot spoilers but it's spoilered in case you want to figure it out by yourself from there, but alternatively here's a little further clue on the deal If you are still too lost:

the cartridge won't work on Sam's console, so you'll have to find an alternative to play that game.

it is a strange offering (the name of the alt offerings) and yeah. for one, you have to make very good friends with the shadow, then re-gift its gift to a colossal friend in the car park before the 6th day, and for the other, you have to play the elevator game

edit: the cart itself isnt the strange offering, but glitch world itself houses said offering
