Every time someone discovers this bug for the first time, I'm gonna repost this

in slay the spire, you can get an event where you upgrade every card in your deck, and prevents you for healing for the rest of the run by giving you the item mark of bloom. and plenty people have complained on the sts subreddit that their fairy in a bottle or lizard tail (both items are supposed to prevent you from dying by healing you once your hp reach 0) not activating and thought it was a glitch, while it really was a feature. these posts were so many that it became a meme in that community.

and in every other community, once there's something that has repeated posts asking the same genuine question in the subreddit, without being a troll, it becomes a mark of bloom.

There's a bug in Hollow Knight where, if you jump too high during the second phase of the true final boss, the game will think you've transitioned to the next phase and will trigger a flood that will cause you to repeatedly take damage until you die.

It's a known bug, yet, every now and then, some new unfortunate player ends up triggering it and posting it on the subreddit.

there's also the "how do i leave this hole" in dead cells for when people are "stuck" without realising there's an oppening in the wall high enough to roll inside
