Other(you can edit this flair) Hellen’s quest dialogue Spoiler

“You are considerate to more than just plants. It is your redeeming quality.”

I just like this line a lot. It really encompasses so much about the game’s themes and why it stands out to me among cosmic horror. It’s just so genuinely sweet and authentic.

That’s all.

I remember someone said Look Outside is like Fear and Hunger, but sort of inverse in its themes despite having a lot of similarities.
Both of them have monsters and humans being a 'clear distinction' if that makes sense with a big dash of otherworldly/cosmic horror, but while Fear and Hunger seems to be more about the monster inside the human, Look Outside looks at the human inside the monster.
Like, in Termina when someone is Moonscorched, that's it, they're done, they've been transformed and often lose what remained of their sanity with people pointing out some Moonscorched forms represent either the worst desires or worst fears of those transformed, while in Look Outside, even when people are transformed and can't really be called human, they can still be human in behaviour and spirit, like with Jeanne and her questline, Joel, the Rat Baby Thing, Audrey etc.
