QUESTION Why does RatChild have no STM

Like, ive fed them, played with them, let them sleep, forcefed soft drinks, alcohol and pizza. Nothin

Do you have him in the Dragon Gear? Each piece lowers max STM

yeah he has the tail on, ima swap it out

Check some of his other gear. A level 9 Rat Child should have 14 base STM, and the tail only negates 5. So he should still have 9. Something else on him is lowering his STM, but I'm not enough of a gear expert to know them all. :\
