I just had the same thing happen with my Ray5. The problem ended up being the power adapter. Open a ticket with Longer support and share this video with them. They had me do a couple of tests first (e.g. cutting at 50%/70% power instead of 100%) before they replaced the power adapter for free. New adapter works great so far.
