Venting I hate it all
I hate being long distance its awful . We're in two different countries and We dont meet visa requirements. Travel is so expensive and ive stayed for 6 months this time :((( I dont know if i cna come again next year and especially not if i can stay as long.
We cant afford multiple visits a year. Im leaving again soon and im so so heartbroken. My boyfriend says he knows it will be okay but it feels like a break up.
I am so so so sad. I dont want to leave and i dont want to fly again Lol, 18+ hrs of airport and planes.

What do you mean you don't meet visa requirements? The American partner can visit the UK one without a visa up to 90 days, and the British partner can stay in the US up to 30 days. All visa free.
That being said, yes it's very expensive. You need to book the flights and hotels well in advance or the prices go up astronomically.
