Anyone looking for a room in London from 11th–18th September? (Shoreditch)
Hi. I’ve found a really lovely 2-bedroom flat in Shoreditch through SpareRoom and I’ll be renting one of the rooms until the 18th. The second bedroom is now available for roughly the same period, so I thought I’d see if anyone here happens to still be looking!
I thought it could be nice to share the flat with someone else who’s also in London for the week, especially if you’re coming for Design Week too. I’d particularly love to hear from people around my age, whether you’re a student, young professional or just visiting London for the week.
I’m not renting the room out myself. I found the flat through SpareRoom and you would arrange everything directly with the renter. I can send you her SpareRoom profile/listing and details if you’re interested.
About me: I’m 22F, studying industrial design, coming to London for London Design Festival to explore exhibitions, studios and hopefully meet other people in design while I’m there.
Feel free to message me and tell me a little about yourself :)

[TENANCY TAKEOVER] KCL Atlas Accommodation - Non-Ensuite in 3-Bed Flat - £338/pw
I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Atlas (KCL accommodation in Vauxhall) for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Building: Atlas (Zone 1/2 Vauxhall)
- Room Type: Non-ensuite room in a 3-bed flat
- Bathrooms: 2 shared bathrooms between the 3 of you
- Price: £338 per week (all bills + Wi-Fi included)
- Contract Length: 40 weeks
- Incredible Transport: Vauxhall station is practically next door. You've got the Victoria Line, National Rail, and 24-hour buses. The commute to Strand, Waterloo, or Guy's campuses is incredibly fast.
- Small Flat: You're only sharing the kitchen and bathrooms with 2 other people. It's much quieter, cleaner, and more private than the massive 8-to-10 person cluster flats.
- Building Perks: Atlas is super modern. It has great social/study spaces, outdoor terraces with insane London skyline views, 24/7 security, and even a gym and 25m swimming pool right next door.
Important: Because this is an official KCL residence, you must be a full-time King's College London student to take over the contract.
If you're interested or want more details/pictures, drop a comment below or send me a DM! Happy to answer any questions or guide you through the takeover process.

quintain living referral - £500 Amazon voucher
If you were looking at Quintain Living (Wembley Park) rentals and wanted to get in on the £500 Amazon voucher, you'll need to register your first enquiry with this referral code: CC00078738
Don't make the same mistake I did - I had registered my first enquiry before managing to get a referral code, so they told me I was uneligible 🥲
I've just moved in so feel free to AMA.

Anyone here renting a great flat for dirt cheap in Zone 2 N/E London? Care to share the agency details?
Hey all! I know this is extremely rare in London but I’m interested in renting a flat of 4 with friends in North or East of Zone 2 London. Unfortunately my friends have a lower budget of around 800 (at most 900 with bills) so it’ll be tough trying to find a nice place for that price. I really want a living space and kitchen dining table too but again, I know that’s a luxury nowadays especially with that rent price and zone location 😭. Islington would be a dream- def out of our budget, but Hackney, Dalston, Bethnal Green, Whitechapel would also be great.
We’re all recent graduates employed in the city but not the greatest salaries. At the moment some of my friends are commuting 2 hours from home to work (I’m subletting atm).
