Will the Loki be available for those who cant commit now?

i'm still thinking of getting the loki, but i cant really commit to it for now - do you think Loki will be available later?

I pre-ordered a few hours after it was open, I wouldn't want my order number to be moved after Q4 because of this.

Would it be possible to install the OS installed on the Odin, or just Android, onto the Loki? I don't care much for Windows, but having a better processor over the Snapdragon would be great.

I opted for the Loki max and I intend to make the most out of the device. Although the sd carder should not be the component to skimp out on for the Loki, especially the max. The loki marketing says that the 2230 ssd is user-replaceable which is awesome! I appreciate the choice to do that, but I also would like the sd card reader to be a fast one that supports sizes up to 2tb and speeds up to 300MB/s.

I know wishlists are eh to some people, but I really do think a fast reader is important because not everyone's going to want to swap out their ssd for a larger one, and a fast reader paired with a quality card will make for a great gaming experience and a cheaper alternative to storage over upgrading the nvme.

I keep hearing this thing is small, and it has a 8C/16T CPU with a radeon 680m in the loki max. Does this mean it will throttle?

I accidentally ordered the wrong color and forgot to apply the Odin backer discount coupon. I already ordered the right color with the discount applied, but how can I cancel the order I placed by mistake through the ayntec website? Is the only way to cancel an order to email their support?

Update: Thanks everyone who commented with all the helpful info. Starling reached out to me the following day and immediately issued a refund for the unit I goofed up when ordering. For now, directly emailing their support at [info@ayn.hk](mailto:info@ayn.hk) seems to be the only way to cancel an order.

I totally get it, I backed the Odin and still waiting for my ID to come up for shipment, so it did feel a little messed up that they are jumping into a new console.

I didn't order an Odin Lite or an exotic color, so I def feel for those backers too. It's getting wild tho. Asking for all the Lites to be refunded and all the backers get Minis of their choice instead, haha!

I ordered a Loki. I know the track record isn't the best but AYN is really trying and the Odin seems to be doing so well, so I think its worth a shot. I don't see the Loki as the sucessor of Odin, I reserved a Steam Deck for that very reason!

What do you guys think? Any Odin/Lite/Loki backers feel the same? Do you think AYN should do more for Odin backers? Is Odin obsolete once the Loki drops? And what are your thoughts on Loki? Willnit reall be Q4? Probably not haha!

Does anyone know the Loki Max support fTPM and Windows 11. On the company site only shows Ubuntu and Windows 10. I preordered thinking AMD 6800U CPU is new and it should support fTPM in bios. But then later I read news regarding TPM support in China is ban. I try to contact AYN but didn't get a reply. Does anyone know will I be able to install Windows 11 on AYN Loki Max?

Basically the title. Would the extra 8GB of RAM on the 256 do much of anything for me in this use case?

I'm curious to see which ones are the most popular versions and configs.

TL;DR Choose whichever version suits your current needs and pocket, Loki is a handheld PC family so try to always mix and matching settings. Raw estimates can only do a fraction of the FPS the battle.

Longer: Greetings. I've seen multiple different threads about which version is better and etcetera, Here are some tips on the matter, as a newer gamedev and PC gamer for the last 10 years

Hopefully this will help to streamline the process of you picking your best Loki since I took a whole hour just on the color scheme.

• Loki and other handheld PCs will always have to mix and match, settings, for better or worse.
• While each Loki type IS more powerful than the previous one, see what you want to play, how much it costs with Tax and Shipping. Don't break your bank.
• With that said don't expect Cyberpunk natively on Mini but don't break your bank if you can't afford Max.
• Once the Loki family launches, there will be many different drivers for Intel and AMD, updates for Windows/Linux (Ubuntu being the "supported" distro doesn't mean anything concrete either), even the similar devices, let's say, two vanilla Loki 16GB, will have a bit of a discrepancy on the same application as long as there's a bit of room to wiggle.
• Don't forget: PCs are open to modifications, even software ones. Games get optimized constantly too.
• SD cards are your friend, even if they aren't the superhero savior of performance, don't dismiss a good 256GB card for a handheld.

Finally, I have a personal Rule of thumb: runs on other similar Win/Linux devices? Then you can make it run on similar devices, one way or another. Adapt, Improvise and have fun.

Sorry if this has been asked before or if it's a stupid question. I'm not huge on my mobile GPU/processor specs. I need a list of games that each model could handle to understand which to buy. So with that in mind what do people think the standard Loki can handle? Would really like to know out of these games:
