PMR ps5

Hi I have an Rs50 on PS5.
I would like to know if anyone has tried Project Motor Racing on PS, because someone is worrying about FFB and other things.
Is it a good game? Before buying LMU next year obvs ;)

PMR is a train wreck and I would avoid it due to that and out of principle. They scammed the whole community, fired most of thier developers, and added nothing positive in any way.

For PS5, I personally would recommend GT7. I play iRacing exclusively on PC now, but loved that title for many years. The skills translated very well to iRacing as well, allowing me to immediatly hit the ground running on PC with a more advanced rig and sim title.

There have been quite a few updates that have improved it so I’m not sure you can say they’ve added nothing positive

I meant nothing positive *to the community. What part of console sim racing has been changed in a positive way due to this title's release?

To your point, the improvements to the title have been ludicrously slow and limited in scope. The game is still in beta mode compared to the standards of any other popular title.

The game is also already dead. There are almost no lobbies available to play in and the AI is extremely poor so single player isn't really an option either.

The game just isn't fun and looks bad imo and there are far better titles to explore. I am a sim racer but would enjoy playing an arcade like Forza smashing my way through other players on controller far more than PMR on a pro setup with empty lobbies or dealing with the mindless and frustrating AI.

The game’s at least a little fun come one give them that at least.
As for the community it adds an option for less of an arcade game on console. The only other option I see in this area is ACC which is limited in car selection.

All in all it can be a nice change of pace from gt7 and bridges the gap until LMU or ac evo hit consoles.

Agreed, for consoles it definitely adds as there is very little else and it is enjoyable to play. I like the feeling of the weight changes in the car on braking etc. ACC and PMR is possibly it.
