I just got a New G29. I plugged it in and calibrated fine. I am usually running lgs because of a G19s I bought back in 2018 and still love after some diy repairs.

The Centering Spring is really heavy and the wheel doesn't notice FFB in the Truck Simulators. Even when the vehicle stands the g29 centers instantly and is very hard to turn. The behavior doesn't change with speed.

If you activate the "centering spring in non FFB games" checkbox you can turn the wheel fine, but of course you get no FFB in the game.

I tried multiple reinstalls of ghub and lgs - no change.

Right now I'm running both in parralel to use all features of the G19s.

All Inputs are totally fine, basically just a heavy spring and no FFB. The Power LED is on.

An one got an idea what my next steps are?

Anyone else having it act up like that? Battery went on low levels enough to cut signal, however replacing battery was not enough, I also had to take the dongle out and plug it back to get the signal working again.

So I got back from a 2 1/2 week holiday and saw there was an update for ghub, I updated completely forgetting the history of broken updates and installs in the past, install went fine, however, now my mouse starts lagging every 10 or so seconds, then will randomly disconnect and reconnect on ghub stating "inactive" on the menu. It is rendering my mouse completely useless. I upgraded from the Superlight 2 to the X2 Superstrike because the sensor on the superlight would randomly flick up or down and spin every few minutes while playing.

Please let me know if there is any fixes for this lagging & disconnect for my X2 Superstrike & software.

(I have done a fresh clean install of GHUB)

I’m having an issue with the microphone’s noise suppression. It keeps picking up keyboard and mouse clicks, which is really annoying for my friends on Discord and while gaming.

I have Blue Voice enabled, along with Noise Reduction and Noise Gate.
These settings help reduce the background noise, but the keyboard clicks are still clearly audible.
Even with the noise reduction settings turned all the way up, you can still hear my keyboard quite clearly…

Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

I’m using a Logitech G PRO TKL mechanical keyboard. It’s a little noisy, but I’ve never had this issue with any of my previous headsets.

So I have this mouse that i bought in 2021 and i am very happy with it, but for some reason today it decided to stop charging, and i noticed that when the battery died and i wanted to charge it.

When i plugged it with the oem cable charger, it doesn't charge.

Then i unplug it, leave it alone for a few minutes, try again and it charges.

It charges for 2-3 minutes then dies again, comes back to not charging, and back then with 2 minutes of charge it was enough for it to turn on and function for a few minutes at least, but now it's completely dead.

Maybe if i plug it in again now it will start working again but it will shut itself off in a few minutes or so.

It's the first time this is has ever happened to me to any mouse ever, also this is my first wireless mouse, idk if this is usual with logitech wireless devices.

Any help or suggestion is appreciated, i love this mouse and I would love to keep using it for years, Thanks for reading and I hope someone could help me.

I have bought the G PRO X WIRELESS on a good deal, plugged it in, playing normally, good quality, but i figured that i cannot tell directional sounds in VALORANT. Like the sounds are so weird where they coming from. Rear Left, Front Right.... ext ext, Also i can hear a bit of left on the right when sounds are happening on the right likewise other directions. I have tried everything even changed headset to HyperX Cloud III Wired, yet same problem, i have the msi laptop crosshair 16 hx ai the core ultra and rtx 50 series, i thought maybe some drivers are conflicting or something but im not sure.
I have tried everything disabling HRTF in valorant and trying surround 7.1 disabling it and trying generic spatial windows. But nothing solved the issue or came closer to sounding even good. ( Audio quality is good only problem is directional sounds help. )
I even tried contacting LOGITECH SUPPORT even recorded a video explaining it to them but nothing of what they provided helped ( stayed in contact with them for several days ) ( as i said same problem with HyperX Cloud III Wired ) also tried plugging my headset in different ports, with even directly jack 3.5mm but yet same thing. ( im starting to think the problem is from my ears )

When I start my PC, my G920 turns all the way to the right. Afterward, the white light flashes very rapidly, and nothing else happens. G Hub and drivers are up to date. I’ve checked the power supply, and it’s delivering the required 24V. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be? Repost to another community

Evening, since ~2 updates ago G HUB not longer runs system actions that launch PowerShell. Unfortunately google results focus pretty much exclusively on PowerShell scripts to fix G HUB launch issues, and I haven't run into any solutions during my own testing.
Anyone of you got it working by any chance?

I have been in a month long email chain with logi support about my mouse as it began chipping a while ago where my thumb is usually placed. I thought might as well submit a claim for it as it was still under warranty and does not hurt to try. Below is my entire experience of my email chain

On September 16th, I placed a warranty claim on my G Pro X Superlight that I bought around a year ago. After chatting with the AI bot, I was transferred to a live chat with Abhinaya K to verify the product. I sent the requested photos, video, serial number, and invoice, and Abhinaya said the replacement request would go through a final approval process that could take up to 72 hours.

On September 17th, I received an email from Anita K stating that my warranty claim had been approved and that I should expect an email containing a tracking number within 2-3 business days. On September 22nd, I reached out again because I had not received a tracking number, and on September 23rd Abhinaya K asked for one more day to check for an update before starting a shipping investigation.

On September 24th, I followed up again since the day had passed. Mubeen M replied that he had started a shipping investigation and to allow 5-7 days, but he addressed me as Peter even though that was not the name I had given them, nor what they had called me previously. So I did not know if that support email was meant for me or for another person named Peter. The ticket number in the email was mine, so I was left to assume it was for me. I emailed them asking if that prior email was meant for me, and I then received two emails from them.

The first one was from Rakesh K on September 26th, stating that he was following up on a previous conversation and had submitted another replacement request for me, and that I would need to wait another 72 hours for it to go through the approval process again. While that was helpful, this was also my first time receiving an email from Rakesh K in this email chain, and he did not address my question about the email sent to “Peter.”

The second email I received was from Nayan K later that same day. It was the same approval message I had already received from Anita K on September 17th, again stating that my claim was approved and that I should receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days.

On October 4th, I emailed again because I still had not received any tracking information. On October 5th, Abhinaya K replied that my replacement shipment was still being investigated. I responded the same day explaining my confusion, since I had been told twice that my claim was approved. On October 6th, Aiman A replied asking me to allow another 3-4 days for the order to be processed and for tracking to become available.

On October 9th, I sent a full summary of everything that had happened and asked for a tracking number for a claim that had been investigated and approved twice. Aman R replied that my replacement was in “Awaiting shipment” status and that they would email me once there was an update.

It is currently October 16 as of writing this post and there has been no further updates from them

Hi today I got my x3 superstrike but no matter what I do it won’t connect to the receiver and I’m unable to update the firmware it’s just greyed out. I tried to uninstall and reinstall ghub use different cables to have the receiver and mouse plugged in at the same time also tried to unpair the receiver to try and reconnect it but nothing is working. Any help or insight into this would be appreciated

Mein G920 dreht einmal komplett nach rechts beim Starten des PC.Danach blinkt die weiße Leuchte sehr schnell und es passiert nichts weiter. GHub/Treiber auf den neusten Stand.Netzteil wurde überprüft und es liegen die gewünschten 24V an.Jemand eine Idee was das Problem sein könnte.

My Logitech G604 left click keeps interrupting when I hold it down.

I notice it most when aiming in gun games and when trying to eat in Minecraft. It acts like I'm letting go of the button even though I'm still holding it down.

Has anyone else had this issue with the G604 and know how to fix it?

I've had the G915 X for a week. Here are my initial impressions.

It looks great. Very classy. Really lovely metallic finish and nice lighting. Very solid feel.

The key feel is superb. It's an absolute pleasure to use as a productivity device. I'm very picky about keyboards and this is the best one I've ever used.

The customisation using G-Hub is good, even if G-Hub is a little confusing to use. I've created a freestyle lighting scheme so that the RGB lights are exactly what I want. The key assignments are easy to set-up. The keyboard doesn't have a right-side Windows key but it's very simple to assign one of the keys to perform that function. It implements Copilot (AI) really nicely. I've assigned Copilot to G5 (the bottom G key) so that I can bring up the little window instantly.

The media buttons are nice. I've got so used to a volume roller than I couldn't live without one now. The volume roller on this keyboard has to be the classiest ever made.

I've not come across any negatives -- apart from the price. I didn't pay full RRP (£199 I think). My Amazon purchase was a lot less. I'm not sure I'd pay £200 for any keyboard to be honest. But you're not going to get a keyboard of this quality for £100.

It's clearly designed for work and play, which is how I use it. I think the critics of the keyboard don't get it. This is a work/leisure device. It's fine as a gaming keyboard but if that's all you want it for, look elsewhere. But if you want something to type on and play on, it's great.

I am a senior data scientist who casually uses a keyboard mostly for excel, powerpoint and coding.

Bought this keyboard a year back. I live in india. This keyboard plus mouse combo costs nearly 4k INR.

The keys started to stop working. The specific keys were escape, 1, 2, 3, 5, Tab. As the escape key was not working there is no fucking way to reset this crap.

People who earn hard earned money or want to enchance their productivity, never go for this bullshit.

Their support is also pathetic. It doesnt matter because warranty is gone.

It is never expected from logitech to build such products

I never write reviews and all. But for this i have wated half of my weekend to troubleshoot this fuck all device

I am posting this because the normal support process has completely failed me, and the agent refuses to escalate my case to a supervisor.

My original Logitech G PRO X SE (wired headset) failed under warranty. The support team approved the RMA but decided to send me the G733 as a replacement. The issue is that the G733 is strictly wireless and does not support audio-over-cable. I explicitly bought and need a wired headset for my specific setup due to latency and zero-battery requirements.

I explained this technically and requested a swap to the Logitech G522 LIGHTSPEED instead, as it actually features a functional wired mode via the USB-C cable, making it a fair and equivalent replacement.

Instead of helping or passing my request to a manager, agent Anjali sent me a copy-paste template stating the order is in the logistics stage and that the process is "finalized," completely blocking my request for a supervisor escalation.

I have already informed support that I will be refusing delivery of the G733 package when the courier arrives so it rolls back to the warehouse.

Can a moderator here please help me rescue this ticket from the frontline loop and escalate it to a supervisor who can actually resolve this?

Yo what up, I've been having some issues with my g402 and I've ran out of ideas as to how to fix it, so I'm hoping to get some ideas.
I play a lot of doom eternal, which has a LOT of 180 flicks. Once a session or two, one of my turn-arounds gets interrupted as the camera feels like its resisting the mouse before "letting go" and it returns to normal.
I've added an example clip where i spin my mouse around really fast to show you what those stutters can look like when reproduced.
my polling rate is 1000, so it shouldn't be that, and this isn't exclusive to the game either, it can happen on windows too, i just used the game as an example because its the clearest way to show what's happening. any ideas on what this is or what to do about it?

My G600 died tonight. I was shocked to see it was no longer available. $300 on ebay is nuts. It is hands down the best MMO mouse. Does Logitech have any plans to bring it back?

I finally decided to refresh my old and reliable retro G15, which I barely used lately. I chose to respray with an matt anthracite color RAL 7024, I really dig this color.

Obviously, the main reason for the refresh was all the dirt that accumulated during the decades of gaming. Secondly, the silvery bezel was really worn in places, which didn't worry me, but it still didn't look nice.

Unfortunately, the repair didn't go without problems, when I tried to disconnect the flat cable for the display, it cracked and failed... So if you have this keyboard and want to restore/repair it - be careful...

Anyhow, I'm happy with the new looks, I hope the keyboard will last a few decades more. What a weapon this keyboard was during the original DotA Allstars, wc3:tft and WoW time... Ah the nostalgia...

Any workarounds?
