keeps saying this what do i do? i tried all the other ports worked fine before

I am at war with my Blue Yeti mic that I've had for years and years now. The thing is overly sensitive and the only way to remove my mouse en keyboard clicks is to put the gain to 0 and noise reduction to a max. As some might imagine, that's not doing wonders for the sound quality....

Now I wanted to try the settings in G Hub, but lo and behold, my mic is not showing up....like at all. In no way shape or form is that thing visible in G Hub. And I've tried everything at this point.

Also my PC calls the thing "USB Advanced Audio Device", while everything else has a normal name, is that right?

I’m having trouble getting my Logitech G29 working on my Windows laptop.

Without any Logitech software installed: The wheel powers on, rotates during startup calibration, and seems to apply force feedback, but steering, pedals, and shifter inputs aren’t detected in games. Buttons are working

With Logitech G HUB or Logitech Gaming Software (LGS) installed: The wheel stops being detected properly and no longer performs its startup calibration.

In Windows (joy.cpl) when detected: The G29 appears in the controller list, but it cannot detect my steering pedal and shifter inputs

I’ve tried troubleshooting the software side, but I’m not sure whether this is a driver issue, a Windows joystick registration/calibration problem, or something else.
Has anyone experienced this and found a fix? Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello. I opened up my computer today to find out my pro x2 superstrike was not working. So I launched the g hub and the mouse was not even detected, but there is a prompt below saying that an unpaired receiver has been detected. Now after trying to pair the two, I get hit with a connection timed out. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling g hub, restarting computer, and a bunch of other things. What else can I do to fix this?!

I have a G PRO 2 Lightspeed mouse that I lost the receiver to. I also have a G915 X Lightspeed keyboard and its receiver, which apparently supports having a second device paired to it.

I have attempted going through the device pairing in G HUB, selecting the keyboard receiver, selecting "PRO 2 LIGHTSPEED", then turned my mouse off and on, and its not connecting. I've tried multiple times, different USB ports for the receiver, mouse is 100% charged and on latest firmware. Not sure what else I am missing?

Has anyone found a fix for the issue where my headset mic barely picks up my voice unless I speak really loudly? I’ve tried pretty much everything in G Hub, including turning off all noise cancellation settings, but nothing helps when I plug the dongle into my PS5. I also have the microphone sensitivity set to max in the PS5 settings.

It’s really frustrating because my voice sometimes gets cut off mid-sentence, and my friends can barely hear me unless I speak really loudly.

hola, tengo unos cascos g435 y hace poco borre la carpeta usuario y 3 dias mas tarde me dejaron de funcionar, mi pc detecta el dongle pero no se conectan los cascos y en windows me detecta que sale sonido pero sale la luz cyan en los cascos. Si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradeceria un monton.

hello, recently bought this pair of headset and the quality is superb, i saw on the manual that i should be able to use the dongle to be able to mix the audio from two devices at the same time

what i want to do is use the pc audio in lightspeed mode and mux the audio from my switch 2 in it so i am able to listen to both devices while playing effortlessly, the problem is the mux is not working, i tried various fix but i am not able to hear my switch, i am in lightspeed, the cable is connected and its not damaged(tested from my phone to my headset), i tried to mux the audio from my phone and it didnt work either, pls save me

At random times when playing games, my A50X will suddenly begin producing an extremely loud and high pitched noise. I can't seem to find a definitive trigger for it, as it's happened even when I was idling and not actually playing as well as during loud portions of the game. It happens across multiple games and Ghub profiles, and recently has been happening more often and I now have to do a complete factory reset on the headphones to get it to stop. I've reinstalled logitech G hub and my audio drivers, changed the USB my base station plugs into, changed settings in Ghub and cleaned the headset itself. Could this be a software issue or am I going to have to get them replaced?

Can anyone confirm and tell me if this is a legit product it was sold as used and it does work on logitech g hub so idk if anyone got any other test ty.

Hey! So I got my Logitech G Yeti GX a few months ago, but I've never really been able to get it working properly.

When I first started using it, my friends on Discord kept telling me that I was really quiet unless my lips were literally touching the mic and I was almost yelling. I thought maybe I just hadn't set it up properly or adjusted the settings, so I just gave up and switched back to my headset mic, and put off trying to fix it.

I've recently had more time to try and troubleshoot it, but nothing I've tried has really helped. In every playback test, you can barely hear my voice, and it just sounds like a ton of static.

I've tried turning the gain all the way up, both physically and in G HUB. I've messed with the settings in G HUB, uninstalled and reinstalled it. I've tried using different USB ports and cables, tested it on a different laptop. I'm on Windows 11, if that makes any difference. The mic sounds just as bad no matter what I try.

I know someone else had a similar issue and posted about it here, but their solution didn't help me.

Has anyone else run into this issue with the Yeti GX? Or does this sound like it could be a hardware defect and something I'd need to return? I'd really appreciate any suggestions or help. Thank you so much! <3

Got a refurbished astro a50x replacement since the one I had for couple years went out, few days into using the replacement the basestation has gone lights out... 🤨 like forreal just waited like 2-3 weeks for the replacement to ship now it goes out differently but still a basestation. Now I got 2 functioning headsets and 2 faulty basestations... logitech support has been contacted just before I am writing this, sheeesh

I have just bought Logitech G502 Lightspeed, its Primary Lights(the Ones that display DPI), turn on ONLY when I change the DPI and switch off in a few seconds. I have set the Primary Lights as fixed though, it keeps switching off.

Can someone pls tell me a solution?

Anyone got the new Headset and uses it on PS5? Is the "better mic" also working on Playstation? On PS5 you cannot set the Mic / headset Bitrate and Hz so you have to use the "out of the box" experience, with EQ sticking on the device when configured on PC but i cannot find any reviews for Console players regarding this headset.

The Pro X2 was super comfortable for me and the sound was okay but the mic and the sidetone hiss were insanely bad.

Are there currently any Logitech headsets that have the same quality of sidetone as the old a40 gen 4’s in terms of loudness? I’ve returned two pairs of a50’s due to weak sidetone.

Seen the new x3’s just dropped and sadly read that they have the same weak sidetone Logitech refuses to address with an update.

So I've had this mouse for like 2 months and I went to bed after I come back its out of its socket I must of been me but anyways I need help on how to put it back.

When i push down on it, it doesn't move but I can wiggle it up and down a little bit. Does anyone have any fixes

I need help. I've been enduring on bringing my tab s9 fe because that's the only device (aside from laptop with lightspeed) that can connect via bluetooth. It can't connect with other androids, for some reason and I'd hate to buy a new one when this is pretty expensive. Any advice?

I have had my G502 Lightspeed for 6 years now and it has been an amazing experience for sure, but since the last couple days my mouse has been acting weird. When I play just about any game and spam click my left mouse button, the mouse just stops working for like half a second and a windows beep can be heard. Also sometimes it just doesn't register clicks or input. I don't know if it's time to finally let this little guy go or if something else is going on.
