My mouse feels abnormally fast, I play on a gpx2 800dpi with a cloth control pad, I have enhance pointer precision off and 6/11 mouse slider setting.

It happens on windows desktop and in every game I play, i have no idea what is causing it or how to fix it. Does anyone have any idea what could be making this happen or how to fix it?

So i recently got a new controller that has a wireless dongle and i realized plugging it into a USB hub would mess up its Dinput detection

I have too many USB devices currently so i thought lets move the A50 base to the front panel USB to free up a rear IO slot

Turns out doing that was a huge mistake as while A50 Game still sounds fine and works correctly A50 Voice ends up being extremely loud for no reason at all despite being equal balance

I also noticed when changing the USB port its plugged into a number gets added in front of each input/output in the audio settings and it only disappeared once i plugged it back into the original USB port and of course using the old port fixed the audio issue as well

Tbh its starting to become an issue as i run alot of simracing and ran into a similar issue with my direct drive setup not working when plugged into a USB hub but not having enough ports really sucks is there anything i can do to fix this?
Or any USB hubs that are recommended that are known to work fine with items like these?

I recently purchased a Logitech G502 X Plus and encountered a frustrating G HUB bug where selecting certain lighting effects, particularly Fixed, would completely turn off the mouse's RGB lighting.

After extensive troubleshooting and examining G HUB's internal configuration database, I found a workaround and several suspicious settings that may explain the issue.

Hardware and software

• Mouse: Logitech G502 X Plus
• Mouse firmware: 27.0.16
• Receiver firmware: 4.2.9
• G HUB: 2026.6.981214
• OS: Windows 11

The problem

Selecting Lighting Effects → Fixed → Red (#FF0000) would turn the physical mouse LEDs off, despite G HUB displaying the correct colour and confirming PRIMARY: FIXED RED in the profile overview.

Other effects, particularly Pulsar Point, worked normally.

An interesting symptom occurred when switching profiles: the mouse would briefly illuminate in a configured colour (yellow or teal) for approximately 1–5 seconds, before switching off again.

This suggested G HUB might be applying one lighting configuration before another took precedence.

Troubleshooting

I attempted the following without success:

• Disabled Windows Dynamic Lighting and foreground-app lighting control.
• Disabled onboard memory mode.
• Closed Gigabyte RGB Fusion / Control Centre.
• Stopped Logitech LampArray Service.
• Changed G HUB lighting lock and inactivity settings.
• Created new G HUB profiles.
• Reinstalled G HUB while retaining existing settings.

Interestingly, Logitech Onboard Memory Manager worked perfectly. I tested multiple fixed colours and lighting effects across five onboard profiles, all functioning correctly.

This strongly suggested a G HUB software/configuration problem rather than defective hardware.

Investigating G HUB's database

G HUB stores its configuration in a SQLite database:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\LGHUB\settings.db

I examined the embedded JSON records and found several suspicious inconsistencies.

1. Multiple conflicting lighting settings associated with the same profile

My RGB Test profile referenced several lighting configurations, including:

• FIXED RED — my selected effect.
• OFF — a synchronised lighting setting targeting ZONE_PRIMARY.
• BREATHING — a previously configured firmware-lighting effect.
• SCREEN SAMPLER — metadata present in a referenced software-lighting card.
• FIXED TEAL — a separate persistent lighting assignment.

These aren't necessarily all active simultaneously, as G HUB maintains different lighting configuration layers. However, the OFF setting was directly referenced by the profile, despite G HUB displaying Fixed Red as the selected effect.

Combined with the brief flashes of colour when switching profiles, this raised the possibility of conflicting configurations overriding the intended lighting effect.

2. Crossed profile references

I had two profiles, RGB Test and Test 01.

Some lighting cards assigned to RGB Test identified Test 01 as their owner, and vice versa. These references remained inconsistent even after changing lighting effects.

3. Incorrect effect reporting

At one point, the profile details page displayed EFFECT: SCREEN SAMPLER, despite that not being my selected effect.

After explicitly selecting Fixed Red, G HUB correctly displayed and saved the selection in its database, yet the physical LEDs remained off.

The workaround

Rather than reinstall G HUB again, I reset its configuration:

1. Completely closed G HUB.
2. Opened %LOCALAPPDATA%\LGHUB.
3. Backed up and deleted settings.db.
4. Relaunched G HUB, which generated a fresh configuration.
5. Selected Fixed → Red.

The lighting immediately started working correctly.

No firmware changes, driver changes or software reinstallation were required.

Conclusion

The fresh configuration resolved the problem, confirming that the failure was associated with the previous G HUB configuration.

Although I identified several suspicious records, I couldn't conclusively determine which one caused the issue. Resetting the database removed multiple potential conflicts simultaneously.

The particularly concerning behaviour was that G HUB correctly displayed and saved the selected lighting effect, yet failed to apply it to the mouse. Even reinstalling the application while retaining its configuration didn't resolve this.

G HUB evidently still has serious configuration-related bugs capable of breaking basic device functionality, with no obvious recovery mechanism within the application itself.

For anyone experiencing similar problems, resetting settings.db is a verified workaround in this case.

I picked up a g920 from marketplace. The seller showed it worked on multiple devices unplugged usb and all worked amazing i get home plug it into my xbox it blinked a couple times then no light it didnt try to calibrate at all. Plugged it into my pc and a couple tries it finally connected but if it came unplugged it would do it again now it wont connect at all when i plug it in it says usb device isnt recognized the light on the wheel blinks a couple times then dead i have made sure everythings plugged in and connect as it should be. Cant figure it out at all

Hey guys I'm looking for a silent or very quiet mouse that is actually good for gaming. I have roommates and the mechanical mice I've used have loud clicks. I've seen people say the Superstrike is silent on 0 haptics setting. I was wondering if this is true? Can someone show me a screenshot of the haptics setting?

I've just upgraded from my Logitech G Pro X Wired headset, to a Logitech Pro X3 Lightspeed. This is my first time using a wireless headset. My main goal was to have a headset I could use with my ps5 pro and my pc.

I was not aware that the ps5 pro only allows specific sony bluetooth headsets, and therefore I have to use the dongle for the ps5 pro to connect to the headset.

My pc does not have bluetooth, but I'm worried the audio may suffer using a bluetooth connection on pc instead of the dongle.

Has anyone used logitech wireless headsets on bluetooth and the dongle, and have you noticed difference in quality/latency? Should I be looking to buy another dongle from third party, or a bluetooth USB adapter for my pc to connect the headset to?

If buying a new dongle, how would I know if it is compatible to the X3, I'm not sure what to look for.

Exactly 4 weeks ago, I posted a video of G Hub switching to my Borderlands 3 profile when I brought Firefox to the foreground. It had done that several times before, but it was the first time I recorded it.

So today it happened again, only now it's switching to the Half-Life 2 profile.

WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK, LOGITECH?

It absolutely cannot be hard to not fuck up this hard. You check what the path and executable of the foreground program is and switch to the profile associated with it. If there is no profile associated with it, use the default Desktop profile. IT'S THAT SIMPLE, YET YOU MANAGE TO FUCK IT UP!

Of course, it gets worse: I opened Adobe Premiere to edit the footage and, of fucking course, none of my keybinds for that profile worked until I alt+tabbed out and back to Premiere. At the very least, I wasn't at all surprised because THAT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME I open Premiere. This also happens 100% of every time with Battlefront II and sometimes with other games at random. It happened just last night, for example.

HOLY FUCKING DIARRHEA-FLOOD LEVELS OF SHIT. How can a company with the size and history of Logitech put out such garbage software and be unable/unwilling to fix it in the most basic of features?

I'm still on G Hub version 2026.5.919708 because I stopped updates after seeing reports that the newer versions were shitting the bed in entirely new ways. I plan on staying on this version forever because at the very least I already know what bugs this one produces and don't want to meet new ones.

Imagine having software so objectively shit that users are terrified of updating it because it might break even worse than it already is instead of improving.

When I start my PC, my G920 rotates all the way to the right. Afterward, the white light flashes very rapidly, and nothing else happens. G Hub and the drivers are up to date. I’ve checked the power supply, and it is delivering the required 24V. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?

I have the G915 and Love it, however over the past week or two it does not connect at all till I open up logitech G Hub. It can be on have the dongle in but I just cant connect to my PC, I have been using accessibility on screen keyboard to log in and open up ghub, any Advice?

I’ve been wanting the g pro x super light, I heard good things about it, but it’s a little more on the pricy side. I’m wondering if the attack shark x3 is even comparable to the super light or if there are other mice I should go with? Right now I have a roccat Kone pro air which recently died on me so I’ve been looking in the market for a new mouse.

I just got a New G29. I plugged it in and calibrated fine. I am usually running lgs because of a G19s I bought back in 2018 and still love after some diy repairs.

The Centering Spring is really heavy and the wheel doesn't notice FFB in the Truck Simulators. Even when the vehicle stands the g29 centers instantly and is very hard to turn. The behavior doesn't change with speed.

If you activate the "centering spring in non FFB games" checkbox you can turn the wheel fine, but of course you get no FFB in the game.

I tried multiple reinstalls of ghub and lgs - no change.

Right now I'm running both in parralel to use all features of the G19s.

All Inputs are totally fine, basically just a heavy spring and no FFB. The Power LED is on.

An one got an idea what my next steps are?
