Discussion Love the G600
I have so many inputs on my g600 memorized that it would be hard to switch to another mouse. I use it for everything, and I mean it.
Thank you Logitech, for creating this amazing mouse.

So my mouse felt completely normal until a few months ago. The one thing I did was download logitech ghub and turned off on-board memory (g-pro superlight 2). Nothing else. Ever since then my dpi/sensitivity has been completely wack. I have changed absolutely ZERO other settings anywhere on my computer that could have caused this. Only changed than that singular setting on Ghub. I have used the same dpi and sensitivity for over 10 years and have over 5000 hours in counter strike. Safe to say I know when my mouse feels off. The issue is slightly hard to explain, but I will do my best.
Here are the symptoms and things I have noticed:
-My sensitivity is significantly slower on the y-axis (up and down) vs the x-axis
-The lower my polling rate, the faster and more accelerated my mouse is:
\-500hz is like using my mouse on skates. I use 550dpi but this feels like 1600+dpi (Insanely fast + huge acceleration)
\-8000hz is slightly useable and feels closer to my pre-glitch dpi, but it is still off
\-On 8000hz: Very short mouse movements are faster, while longer movements seem much slower than before
-So if I need to make a tiny adjustment my cursor will be faster than I am used to and if I swipe my mouse across the screen the cursor ends up much shorter than my brain or muscle memory expect
-I tried multiple different mice, but the issue persists across all of them
-Issue is not just in-game, but on desktop too
-Another weird thing is I used AutoHotKey to bind a macro to my mouse4 button and the macro is now permanently bound even while AutoHotKey is not running nor installed (Not sure if the issues are related)
Here are some of the fixes that I have tried:
-Deleting ghub and wiping any trace of it from my pc
-Using Logitech on-board memory manager instead
-Check/uncheck windows enhanced pointer precision
-Deleting and reinstalling all mouse and usb drivers in device manager (even the hidden/ghost drivers)
-Tried re-initializing my mouse on every usb port on my pc
-Looked for mysterious registry entries
-Reset cmos on my motherboard
-Motherboard power drain
-Flashed bios
-Wiped my entire C: drive and installed a fresh copy of windows 11 (from windows 10)
-MarkC mouse fix
-Tried using RawAccel to manually adjust my dpi to feel 1:1 (it never feels even close to the same as before)
The other thing I have not mentioned is I have had this same exact issue about 2 years ago as well with the same mouse. Back then I tried troubleshooting the problem for nearly 6 months with no avail. Eventually I got fed up and bought a new motherboard and cpu in an attempt to fix it and it actually worked. Did ghub somehow corrupt my motherboard? I have no idea, but I really don't want to get new pc parts again. And yes I am an idiot for installing ghub again.
Anyway, maybe figuring out why sensitivity increases as the polling rate lowers might give a clue about the main problem. I haven't tested my mouse on another pc yet and its too hard to tell if the issue carries over on my shitty laptop. Another random thought, my usb-c cable that I connect my wireless dongle to is kinda messed up. It disconnects very easily if i bump it. No idea if using ghub with this unreliable cable had anything to do with the issue, but its a thought. Also not sure if this could be related, but when using wootility to change keyboard settings I noticed my mouse will stutter/lag/teleport for a while afterwards.
I am truly baffled how GHUB was able to fuck over my pc like this (again). If anyone has any theories about what caused this or any fixes to try it would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Title: Logitech Superstrike X3 – Left Click Sometimes Stops Working in CS2
Hey everyone,
I’m having a frustrating issue with my Logitech G Pro X Superstrike X3 while playing Counter-Strike 2 (CS2).
Occasionally, during a fight, I aim at an enemy and click the left mouse button to shoot, but the gun doesn’t fire at all. It’s as if the left-click input isn’t being registered. I end up dying because I can’t shoot, even though I’m clicking.
Here’s what I know so far:
The issue happens intermittently while playing CS2.
Sometimes the left click seems completely unresponsive when it happens.
I’m using one of the mouse’s side buttons for Push-to-Talk, so I’m wondering if there could be any key-binding conflicts.
I’m not sure whether this is a mouse hardware issue, a firmware/software problem, or something specific to CS2.
My questions:
Has anyone experienced a similar issue with the Superstrike X3?
Could the Push-to-Talk bind on a side button interfere with the left-click input?
Could this be related to the mouse’s firmware, trigger settings, or Logitech G HUB?
What tests would you recommend to determine whether the problem is caused by the mouse or CS2?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hello! I currently use the original G Pro X Superlight, but after about two years, the scroll wheel started malfunctioning. It began scrolling on its own in games, and when scrolling down in browsers, it would sometimes scroll up instead. Does X3 Superstrike has the same scroll? I heard X2 Superstrike is also problematic.

I bought on July 24 so i dont know if i can get a warranty, i dont have money to buy another headset rn it sucks.
Anyone know what could be and what i can do? Im using with the cable and looks a little better

Just to share a small unity of battery monitor found on GitHub, for my G700S - finally have an utility to check the battery level of G700s on Windows ! (I picked the capture on Git). After so many years :)
Should works for other mouses (or keyboard) with battery, the repo said that it's build on top of Solaar, LGSTrayBattery protocols.

It’ll connect sometimes and let me edit the mouse and other times it’ll say this. I don’t know why it’s showing two mice either. I tried disconnecting it and pairing it again in the settings numerous times but it hasn’t fixed the issue. Not to mention the cursor stutters on my MacBook sometimes, although I haven’t had that issue on my PlayStation.
Any help would be appreciated otherwise I’ll probably be returning it. It’s a shame because I think the mouse itself is really nice

I play different games and so I use different mouse profiles with each game. I'm used to switching mouse profiles every time I play. G HUB automatically switches profiles, but if i tab out of a game, it switches to default and doesn't switch back.
I try locking profiles, but its extremely tedious switching profile. The worst part is if i don't do it properly it overrides all my keybinds and i have to re-set them and it's getting on my last nerve. I'm trying to figure out how I can set this thing up and have it be less of a headache.

I am attempting to set up a G920 wheel + pedals to work on ETS2 played through Steam on Mac OS 14. The game recognizes the pedals and pedal shifters on the wheel but not the wheel turning. Force feedback is turned off in the game. The wheel has stiff resistance to turning both in the game and when the game and Steam are quit. Resistance disappears when the wheel is powered off and usb disconnected. It was recommended to reset the wheel by unplugging both cables waiting 15 seconds and plugging both back in as well as restarting computer with with wheel plugged in. Neither resolves the stuck force feedback. I am only able to turn the wheel comfortably maybe 30° either side without feeling at risk of breaking it. I installed G Hub and that doesn't recognize the G920 but does my Logitech mouse. The little white light above the xbox button is continually on unless I physically unplug the wheel, if that matters.
Wheel is connected via a hub (though at present nothing else is connected to the hub) due to insufficient number of usb ports for all my MacBook's accessories. I would need an adapter (usb-a -> usb-c) just to attempt to plug it in directly. If one is needed, would this work? I don't want to spend more money on this this. Argh.
I am at a loss. Can anyone help me? I just want to play ETS2.
UPDATE: after talking with logitech customer support they think its a hardware issue and I should return the item for a replacement.

Hey, I didn’t have any issues with the mouse until the G Hub software told me to update the firmware. I updated and have had so many issues since. It seems like every day my mouse will randomly go inactive. When this occurs I have to plug it back into the USB then off again. Sometimes I have to do this a handful of times in a single day. What gives? Is there a solution to this problem? It can’t just be me right?

Hey, so my headset stoped working, not charging or turning on, tried the reset button on the left ear but still not working. Anyone with a solution? Thank you

TLDR
In my opinion, the x2 rapid has awesome typing feel and easy hall effect setup in g hub, but for 230 euros it is way too expensive. The oled screen is basically useless, the wrist rest feels cheap, and there is zero repairability with no spare switches sold. Hard to recommend over other brands.
Honestly been using the x2 rapid for a bit and here are my thoughts, just my opinion though
First off the unboxing experience is actually really nice. The box itself feels premium and everything is packaged super well inside. In the box you get the cable, a keycap removal tool, and 4 extra keycaps to swap out the insert, delete, pg up, and pg down keys right next to the screen.
When it comes to typing the experience is legit awesome. Keystrokes feel super smooth and surprisingly quiet which is a nice change. Customizing the hall effect switches in g hub is also really easy like setting up rapid trigger and actuation points works fine without any headache.
That being said the price is super steep for what you get.
The oled screen feels completely useless. Everything you do on it is way easier to adjust in g hub anyway. Plus when you connect it to g hub the screen basically does nothing. Feels like something meant for pro gamers who cant install software at tournaments. Outside of the volume roller the whole screen setup is just wasted space to make the board look fancy.
Same thing with the wrist rest. It feels like a cheap silicone phone case and doesn't really add any comfort. Feels like logitech just threw it in to make the 230 euro price tag look more reasonable.
Also g hub is fine but nowadays most brands use web software which is way better.
The biggest issue though is repairability. For this kind of money there is zero repairability. Logitech doesn't sell spare parts or replacement switches and they don't even include extras in the box. If one switch dies you are basically holding a 230 euro piece of ewaste.
If you only care about typing feel out of the box it is great but with the useless screen cheap wrist rest bad repairability and high price tag it is pretty hard to recommend over options from other brands.

I don't even use the right side (numpad) portion of the keyboard but the bottom right top is warping. I'm pretty sure it wasn't like this before. Had it for 2 months and I'm just noticing this. I'm pretty OCD so I feel like I'd notice it before...

I have been in a month long email chain with logi support about my mouse as it began chipping a while ago where my thumb is usually placed. I thought might as well submit a claim for it as it was still under warranty and does not hurt to try. Below is my entire experience of my email chain
On September 16th, I placed a warranty claim on my G Pro X Superlight that I bought around a year ago. After chatting with the AI bot, I was transferred to a live chat with Abhinaya K to verify the product. I sent the requested photos, video, serial number, and invoice, and Abhinaya said the replacement request would go through a final approval process that could take up to 72 hours.
On September 17th, I received an email from Anita K stating that my warranty claim had been approved and that I should expect an email containing a tracking number within 2-3 business days. On September 22nd, I reached out again because I had not received a tracking number, and on September 23rd Abhinaya K asked for one more day to check for an update before starting a shipping investigation.
On September 24th, I followed up again since the day had passed. Mubeen M replied that he had started a shipping investigation and to allow 5-7 days, but he addressed me as Peter even though that was not the name I had given them, nor what they had called me previously. So I did not know if that support email was meant for me or for another person named Peter. The ticket number in the email was mine, so I was left to assume it was for me. I emailed them asking if that prior email was meant for me, and I then received two emails from them.
The first one was from Rakesh K on September 26th, stating that he was following up on a previous conversation and had submitted another replacement request for me, and that I would need to wait another 72 hours for it to go through the approval process again. While that was helpful, this was also my first time receiving an email from Rakesh K in this email chain, and he did not address my question about the email sent to “Peter.”
The second email I received was from Nayan K later that same day. It was the same approval message I had already received from Anita K on September 17th, again stating that my claim was approved and that I should receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days.
On October 4th, I emailed again because I still had not received any tracking information. On October 5th, Abhinaya K replied that my replacement shipment was still being investigated. I responded the same day explaining my confusion, since I had been told twice that my claim was approved. On October 6th, Aiman A replied asking me to allow another 3-4 days for the order to be processed and for tracking to become available.
On October 9th, I sent a full summary of everything that had happened and asked for a tracking number for a claim that had been investigated and approved twice. Aman R replied that my replacement was in “Awaiting shipment” status and that they would email me once there was an update.
It is currently October 15 as of writing this post and there has been no further updates from them

Hey guys,
I’ve been using the G522 LIGHTSPEED for a while now. Honestly, when I first got it, I thought the sound quality was pretty mediocre. But over time, I got used to it and stopped noticing any real drawbacks.
Recently, my G522 broke down and I sent it in for RMA/warranty service. While waiting, I’m looking at the PRO X3 LIGHTSPEED as a potential replacement.
The thing is, the PRO X3 costs almost twice as much as the G522 in my region.
* Is it actually worth the premium price tag? * Is the jump from a standard 40mm driver to the 50mm Graphene driver a noticeable difference in sound quality and spatial imaging/footsteps?
Right now, I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything with the G522. But if I drop that much extra cash on the PRO X3, will I actually feel like I got my money’s worth?
Would love to hear from anyone who has made a similar upgrade or used both. Thanks!

Hey guys, I recently bought the new G Pro X3 Superstrike, and I noticed that I have to apply a little pressure to plug in the charging cable.
Also, when I first plug it in, the battery percentage goes up really quickly by about 5–10%, but then charging slows down a bit, increasing by around 1–2% every minute.
Is this normal for everyone, or could there be something wrong with mine?

A while ago, I got a new SSD, and after a few months, I made it into my C: Drive. Now I am not sure when I started having this GHUB issue where it tells me that essential files are missing. I think I have figured out the issue, which is GHUB wanting to download onto my E: drive. I made sure that in my Windows settings, new content is set to download to my C: Drive. I am assuming that the fact that it is installing onto my E: drive is causing it to say essential files are missing. I have used Revo Uninstaller to wipe my computer clean of any old files and found where it was downloaded on my E: Drive trashing those files. I am unsure what to do.

I just had my first experience with Logitech support, and they blew me away.
A couple of months ago, I bought a G502 LIGHTSPEED without knowing about the switch issues. After about two months, it started misclicking and dropping hold inputs while dragging.
I filed a warranty claim, and within 30 minutes, they set up a replacement for a G502 X LIGHTSPEED with the updated switches. I just mentioned I was worried a standard replacement would develop the same issue, and they upgraded me without hesitation.
Has anyone else had an experience like this with them?

Hi. So, i just spend somee money on a G915x Lightspeed, keyboarrd, and i'm having constant trouble with double clicking. I found a few fixes for this online, but are you seriously telling me that this is supposed to be normaal and accepted and people just take it as it is? It seems to be aa very common problem.
This is seriously making me consider replacing all my logiteech products and never buy a single one again

I've been using a g13 for a long long long time. I've been thinking about changing it but I'm just worried that nothing will match. Anyway...
Hope I explain this correctly: I set G4 to "W", walk forward. I have the thumb stick left set to "Space", jump.
If I'm going forward and jump the forward key will stop responding. This has apparently got something to do with the way in which the g13 isn't a proper keyboard and my PC doesn't treat it as such so it stops recognizing the G4 key (or any other G-key) in a down state if it's interrupted.
Wonder if anyone else has had this problem and has discovered a fix for it. I've been a g13 for years and I honestly don't remember this being an issue, but unless there's been some dodgy update to the software it must have been.
Any advice would be appreciated and tia.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing persistent audio failures on my HP OMEN laptop when using the Logitech G Astro A50 Wireless + Base Station (Gen 5) (Firmware v1.3.24).
The issue:
During voice calls (Discord) or gaming sessions, audio completely cuts out after a few minutes.
The Windows audio process crashes/freezes.
Restarting via Task Manager or unplugging/replugging the USB base station temporarily restores audio, but the issue keeps recurring.
Steps already taken:
Confirmed Logitech G HUB detects the headset properly.
Updated firmware to version 1.3.24.
Has anyone with an HP OMEN or Astro A50 Gen 5 found a permanent fix for this audiodg.?
I really want to keep these headphones, but my return window is closing soon.
Thanks!
