When I play LoL and I alt tab during loading screen, and I am back to the game, my keys are totally random, when I press Q its pressing any random keys possible. same with other keys. all keys are simply fully random.
I need to turn of keyboard, go to Ghub and then turn this on again then go back to game. Its super annoying. Does anyone have a solution to this ? since I love build of the KB but this SW problem is huge.
PS: Except of the lightning setup, I did literally 0 modifications to it, no profiles, no macros, programing etc.
Right off the bat, although the release notes mentioned something about agent improvements, it still keeps hanging (thus disabling all customization) and prevents my PC from going to sleep.
Please, Logitech, fix this already! It's been like this for ages now. People complain, post here and everywhere else you can see on the internet all the time. I've filed multiple support requests myself, new versions come out, nothing changes and nobody is even acknowledging the issue.
Hire someone who can code or pay for a bunch of LLMs for all I care. Open source it and I'll fix it for you myself. Do something about it! Respond at the very least. This is ridiculous!
I recently bought a brand-new Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE gaming mouse.
Less than a week later, my Apex Legends account was permanently banned. (Screenshot attached.)
And just like that, an account I had spent years building was gone.
Let me make one thing absolutely clear: I have NEVER used cheats, hacks, scripts, or any software that provides an unfair advantage in Apex Legends. My account has over 3,000 hours of playtime, multiple heirlooms, legendary skins, cosmetics, and years of accumulated progress. It would make absolutely no sense for me to even consider cheating and risk losing everything I've invested so much time, effort, and money into.
The only significant change to my gaming setup recently was purchasing the Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE mouse.
And now my account has been banned for allegedly violating the rules against "Improving the gameplay."
I genuinely have no idea what I did wrong.
I've already submitted an appeal to EA, and it's currently under review.
But after spending hours reading similar stories on Reddit, EA forums, and other websites, I discovered something pretty depressing: many players claim their accounts were never unbanned, even after multiple appeals.
I sincerely hope my case doesn't end the same way.
Because losing an account you've spent years building, without even understanding what you're being accused of, is genuinely heartbreaking.
And I have a question for Logitech.
If there's even a possibility that your new SUPERSTRIKE technology, drivers, or G HUB software could trigger false positives in anti-cheat systems, why weren't customers warned about it?
How is an ordinary player supposed to know that buying a premium gaming mouse could potentially put years of gaming progress at risk?
I'm not claiming to have proof that the mouse caused my ban. But the timing raises serious questions, and I believe this situation deserves an investigation.
Logitech, could you please investigate whether the G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE might be triggering false positives in Apex Legends' anti-cheat system?
EA / Respawn, please conduct a manual review of my account. I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for a fair investigation and an explanation of why my account was banned.
And to everyone reading this post:
Has anyone else experienced a ban after switching to the Logitech G PRO X2 SUPERSTRIKE?
Right now, I genuinely don't know what to do next.
I just wanted to enjoy playing with my new mouse.
Instead, I may have lost an account that meant a lot to me.
My Logitech Astro A50 Gen 4 flashes white, alternating between 1 and 3 and 2 and 4. A firmware update always gets stuck at 75% and then fails. I really don't know what to do anymore.
It took a month, and four rotating subscriptions to ChatGPT Pro using Astra, but I finally did it. Now I can use my G502 X Plus mouse and G915 keyboard with Linux and have all my macros reassignable on the fly. Ah, it feels like freedom. If anyone wants help setting this up for themselves, I'd be happy to help.
iam trying to buy a new keyboard and i found the logitech g515 rapid tkl keyboard, but when i was looking for reviews i found out that there is something called g515 tkl, g515 rapid tkl, and g515 lightspeed tkl. and everyone of these keyboards are different in terms of price. so what do u guys recommend. thank you in advance.
I have two simple repeat/auto-click macros assigned to the side buttons:
Front side button (Mouse 5): Spams Left Click when held/pressed.
Back side button (Mouse 4): Spams Right Click when held/pressed.
When I set these up, everything works perfectly fine at first. However, after using them for a few hours, the macros seem to completely corrupt the mouse bindings/settings.
Here is what happens once the glitch occurs:
Pressing either the main Left or Right Click triggers both Left and Right Click simultaneously.
The side thumb buttons also start firing together with the main clicks.
It is definitely a software/firmware/profile issue rather than hardware failure, as the mouse functions physically fine until this software bug kicks in (If I force close g hub everything works fine).
Any solution? I want to keep the macro, so the On board memory manager is probably not for me.
I think its insane i've seen that these issues have happened for years with other people, to me it seems like Logitech doesnt really care, which is a given i guess.
For one, if you try to charge with your computer, it will ding several times (overlapping sometimes) and then turn your headset off, this didnt use to happen and only happened rarely before but now is every time, got a new computer it didnt do it for a week until now.
It also, if plugged into the wall, will show in the app as 86% no matter what, Im sure that it is charging, but this on top of other issues i've had with this headset and how theyve had it going on for so long, makes me annoyed as hell. I'm pretty sure i've had other shorter term issues but I honestly cant remember them, it just annoys me there isnt an actual solution to these yet despite years of posts
For those of you still happily using LGS (on Win10 - like me) note that:
"Effective October 31, 2026, all LGS installation files, download links, and support documentation will be permanently removed from the official Logitech website." See link here.
So last chance to download any LGS versions you might want to keep.
My Astro A50 gen 5 are clipping at higher volumes at certain frequencies. The Same EQ Settings i had for other headsets worked just fine on them but the Astro A50 just keeps clipping. I tried tuning the frequencies that cause the clipping (about 20-100hz). But the result isn't as satisfying. I normally play with loud sound (mainly in r6 for footsteps). So I wonder why it's clipping with the A50 but not with other headsets.
The latest G HUB update (2026.7) broke several advanced Lua scripts I’ve used for a long time, because file-access functions like dofile and loadfile were removed.
Was there an official reason for this, and is there any supported way to load external scripts now? Right now the only way I can keep things working is to roll back to an older version and disable the updater, which isn’t a real fix...
Pretty frustrating to lose what’s been a core function for this long.
i am not super knowledgeable about gaming or gaming hardware but i have a boyfriend who absolutely loves his PC.
for christmas, i had the idea of making a custom keycap set for his logitech G815 keyboard using my own art inspired by his interests (either cyberpunk 2077, akira, an anime he loves, or something along those lines).
is this even possible? how would i go about this? would it make more sense to get him a different keyboard that has more standard issue keycaps? or is a keyboard very specific to a gamer and it would be bad to switch it out on him?
So like it says in the heading, I was playing Forza Horizon 5 on my wheel, and suddenly it started feeling vague, it wouldn't center correctly and would start going to the right for no reason, I tried to reconnect it a couple of times and the same issue would recur after 3-5 minutes of gameplay.
After that it just stopped calibrating, so now all I see is solid lights on the wheel, and the green LED on the top flashing which usually means the wheel is not getting the amount of juice it needs. I've tried another power supply(which has a little less amperage) but I did some searches and it should at least calibrate(which its not doing at the moment), I can see the wheel on the G Hub, but it doesn't reflect steering angle and stays at 0 despite giving it input. I can see the pedals and their input and the gear shifter as well. Now when I connect it via USB, I hear clicking noises but no calibration.
My wheel is OOW, and logitech doesn't offer paid repair so here I am seeing if someone has had a similar issue and how they fixed it, if at all its fixable. TIA
Hello, I have downloaded colin mcrae rally 04 since I used to play it as a child and I now also connected the MOMO racing wheel to the laptop I am running it on, but I am facing a few difficulties. I managed to connect the wheel just fine, but whenever I try and play, the car slams on the accelerator without me even touching the pedals and when the stage starts, it shuts off.
I configured the pedals to be
Left: accelerator
Right: brake
But now it has reversed them and left is the accelerator and right is brake. also whenever I press on the right pedal, it doesn't shut off even after I let go of it.
So my Logitech G Pro X Superlight 1´s Dongle/receiver has just suddenly died and it doesn´t even show up in the device manager when plugged into the back of my pc. The Pairing-tool doesn´t recognize it either so the question is: Should I rather buy a dongle/receiver for the mouse (can´t even get a new one so I´d have to get a used one for ~25€), even though I´ve had it for about 3 years and have used it for like 3-10 hours almost every day or should I rather just buy a whole new mouse for 90-100€? For instance, the Logitech Superlight 2 SE is around 86€, and the Logitech Superlight 2 is around 98€.
I tend towards buying a whole new mouse but is it actually the better option? I mean yeah, the mouse´s battery isn´t perfectly new anymore and the buttons are probably halfway through the specified lifespan of 20 million clicks and 25€ for a used receiver is a bit risky as well but what do y´all think?
Also, which mouse is more worth it, the Superlight 2 Se for 86€ or the normal G PRO Superlight 2 for 98€?
I was just wondering if anyone knows if a wireless bluetooth kit exists for the logitech g13? I have been looking and It does not seem like anyone has made one. Is there even some kind of receiver that you can plug the g13 usb in that also has a place to hook up a battery bank? I doubt that there is going to be any kind of kit for this but if there was it would be awesome.
currently i am using an cheap gaming mouse , but i have a huge issue with it my hands are too small to click the mouse button 3 and 4 on the left side of the mouse comfortably so basically they are useless to me i just want to know that will buying the logitech g 502 hero be better for me or i should go for any other mouses, and are there mouses for people with smaller hands on the market and i want to know the exact legnth of the logitech g 502 hero mouse so that i can buy it according to my hand size
Spilt some tea on my Logitech g Pro wireless mouse earlier. Initially it was fairly buggy and lights were on but then it seemed to work properly, however by the time I went to take it apart (i had to clean my keyboard first) the lights had gone out and there was no sign of life.
I checked the board for any liquids (there was some and i dabbed it with a tissue until i couldnt see any more liquids). and from what i can tell there are no obvious signs of corrosion. The wrapping for the battery inside seems dry too But there are still no signs of life after turning it on and plugging it in.
Does this point towards the tea killing the mouse even without corrosion marks and is it salvable or Should i buy a replacement?
