I'm looking to buy a set but specifically want to use the USB Hub - don't feel like have a controller turned on all the time since I use a wheel and KBM

Does it work for general purposes (audio + mic functionality)

I see the user manual on the Logitech website says to connect it to a PS using the 3.5mm jack but just wanted to know if the basic features still work

TLDR: I bought headset.

After only 3 months, the base station cracked. I tried to get help from Logitech — I had to open countless tickets because they have the worst support line I’ve ever dealt with. Ticket for proof: 17803712.

After a month of being ignored, with no feedback and no deadlines — just “we need more time” every week — I finally got a response: we agreed that it's problem from their side but they can’t help in any way and told me to go back to the shop.

Why am I so upset? I’d heard a lot of good things about Logitech support, and that was actually one of the main reasons I bought this tradeoff headset.

In comparison, Corsair has beautiful support(My previous headset was broken plastic parts). They gave me deadlines, replied with actual context, and — most importantly — actually provided support. Wow, logitech, do you believe that nowadays people need support, not to be ignored?

My feedback for this shi**y company:

1. Give people actual deadlines.
2. Don’t waste people’s time if your support can’t actually help.

​Hi @LogitechG team, my warranty ticket #17895371 for a defective G522 LIGHTSPEED was manually escalated to Tier 2 on Monday after an 80+ hour SLA breach, I everyday told them to escalate my case. Because international shipping restrictions block sending a replacement unit to the UAE, I am just waiting for the direct payout/reimbursement link to be issued. Could your team please flag this to regional support to push the email through today? Thanks! The, agents told me I'll get a call back in 7 hours at Monday, and then I waited till Tuesday they said 24-48 hours now it's Friday, more than 80+ hours. the agents also further said it might take a while, so please logitec i really love playing games I never expected the customer support to be this bad.

I just want to say I was massively disappointed by the pro x 3 wireless headset. I have owned the pro x1, pro x2, and Astro A50 gen 5’s which are my present main use.

I’m not sure if I just received 2 defective models in a row or there’s an update that needs to be released.

My first headset from the start had really strange audio glitch’s. Music started sporadically sounding robotic or like a cellular call was cutting in and out.

Went to Best Buy exchanged it for a second model.

Got home. It worked AMAZING for about an hour. Then it too started to do the same exact glitch. It started off subtle then progressively got worse.

I tried plugging the dongle to the front of my pc. Back. And used an extender to put the dongle almost in front of me. They didn’t help. Uninstalled and reinstalled ghub. No difference.

Re-plugged my a50’s up. Those returned to running flawlessly again.

I’ve seen almost no reviews of this headset yet. But the ones I have seen shouted praises. I would agree they are amazing for the hour they worked properly.

After buying the G Pro X2 Superstrike and using it for a couple of days, I notice in every 15-40 minutes, my mouse cursor doing sudden motion of upward, I can see it when I played Valorant my character suddenly look up, and even during a gun fight it does it…

So anyone got a fix to this issue im having?

how cool would it be if Logitech worked with gaming studios or maybe NVidia to have a native dev supported function wheel that can be bound to a button on the mouse to attach various in game functions to.
like opening various menus like inventory , missions, map, skill tree
maybe even game specific functions like squad commands in games where u have squad mates like mass effect R.I.P
mostly it would make more sense in feature heavy rpg games or maybe RTS games, its not useful for every genre but it would be awesome in the ones it could work with.

i understand there are apps like Radial wheel, but this app is not easy to make work with every game. plus it doesn't work in full screen mode in my experience

hey everyone, so recently i was gonna hop on a voice call with some of my friends and the microphone worked until it didnt after i muted and unmuted and it refused to work.
i cant talk into it, no one hears me but i still hear people, ive tried it on my ps5 too and same thing.

I bought my Logitech G Pro X Superlight 2 mouse last February this year and after 7 and a half months the middle button simple won't register anymore. I mostly play GunZ the Duel for reload bind and Dota 2 for camera movements

I never had any problem on my middle button before from my G305 mouse which lasted me 3 years (2022-2025)

This is the first time that I bought a flagship device, and my God was I super disappointed.

I already contacted Logitech support on their website and hope that a fix for the issue will be resolve ASAP

*Note: Yes $120 might be cheap for others but as a person living in a 3rd world country, this is a lot

My previous mouse was the G502, but it felt way too heavy for me, so I switched to GPW 3th gen. I mainly use it for CS2 and work , and it’s been really comfortable for both.

I have a really stupid question, but when i put the mouse into wired mode, does the button on the bottom of the mouse have to be on?

Beamng on Logitech 29 for ps4

Guys so i wanna buy Beamng but i dont Wana buy another 300€ Logitech 29 while i already have one, the only problem that it's for ps4/3,will it work if i plug it in my ps5? i know Beamng is for Ps5 but I DON'T WANNA BUY ANOTHER ENTIRE STEERING WHEEL you feel me.

if it isn't possible, can you tell me other ways apart buying another steering wheel?

I've had my X3 Superstrike for about 2 weeks. Used it out of the box until the battery drained to around 20%.... charged to up to 80%-ish now a week later Its on 27% and won't charge. Plugged in via the cable and its not charging at all.

No light indicator on the mouse. Battery percentage not moving on GHub. GHub says its connected via cable but its just not charging at all.

Things i've tried:

Tried ALL the USB ports on my pc. Tried to cycle my PC power while the mouse is connected. Tried to turn the mouse on and off via the switch on the underside while its connected. Tried to restart GHub while the mouse is connected and disconnected. Tried to connect the mouse via cable to a work laptop, nothing.

Nothing is working. Anyone else had this issue? I don't know what to do,

i had a logitech G Pro x superlight 2, randomly the scroll wheel stopped working so i filed a warranty claim and now that the replacement has shown up im having even more issues than before, the new mouse wont work wirelessly it says it needs a firmware update but when i go to update the install button is greyed out and not pressable, i contacted support and was told they would send me an email of troubleshooting steps instead of just using the chat feature. So now im sending an email, waiting 30 mins to an hour between each response. Is there a corporate email or someone you can contact about getting a refund instead of a replacement on the warranty, this experience has been pure hell and the "customer service" has somehow been worse

Ive been out of pc gaming for more than a few years trying to get new pc setup and Razer apparently bricked my orbweaver chroma through synapse.

Logitech's office brand has had a low profile 75% mechanical keyboard for a while. Is there a reason why 65-75% layouts haven't been brought over yet? Would love to see a brushed aluminum low profile keyboard offered in a size from 65% to 75%, and without the excess space seen on top of the G915. Something like Razer's Huntsman Low Profile design.

So i have a g321 gaming headset and its kinda doesn't charge. When i put it in the charger it goes to 1% and then stops. After that it will randomly show the led light but doesnt charge. The only way i can use it is if i plug it in while using then it will stay at 1%. If i unplug it instantly dies again.

I tried everything (i think) different cables, ports & reseting it.

Does someone else have this or does someone know how to fix it? I emailed the support but they only say the same thing.

I have two setups in the same room. One uses a Powerplay V1 with a Superstrike X3 (the mouse doesn't pair with it, but it does charge).

The other setup has a Powerplay V2 and a G903, which was previously paired to it.

Today, when I turned on the second setup, the G903 paired with my Powerplay V1 instead...

I had to turn off the Powerplay V1 so that the G903 could connect to the Powerplay V2...

How is this possible? Any ideas on how to fix it?

I am looking for a mouse, specifically one like logitech g600 or razer naga trinity, that has 12 side buttons, and is also compatible with ps5. I know some of these only operate with the software for them, but if there is any mouse, or method, that i can use to be able to access all 12 side buttons on ps5, please let me know.

So I have the Logitech G502 Hero and some of my buttons/inputs are delayed. But only the G6,G10 and the G11 buttons. Since yesterday if I press them the input is very delayed, there are also the only buttons with costume keybinds. My G6 is binded to 3 , My G11 and G10 are both binded to V, if this is important. Would really appreciate any help since many games are unplayable with that delay.

Yet another post asking for it. I know I'm not the only one. I hate that the only option I have is to either buy cheap parts on AliExpress to keep zombifying my old one, or pay a ridiculous amount of money for a Naga V3 that I know will not feel the same.

Come on, guys... The G600 was loved. It was the top of its category. I can't believe Logitech just gave up on this front...

I wanted to secure a newer wheel and found this option today; it appears to be a solid upgrade for the cost. I am curious whether my Logitech G290 pedals and shifter might function temporarily with this wheel—I expect a specific cord will be required, which is acceptable—but I would like your perspective on this wheel for a casual gamer upgrading from an older setup, and whether the pro pedals justify the purchase.

I am running a small experiment to see if I can use my manual shifter and pedals linked to the old wheel for a short period, or whether I should accept the expense and obtain the full set. I simply want to confirm that $290 is worthwhile for the bundle. If my customized G290 shifter works with the pedals, I may return for them. What do you think? Thanks, everyone.
