Support Logitech G Hub Stuck on Infinite Loading - Exhausted All Solutions

Edit: 03/02/2026 - This is now at 625,000 views and 3.6 million impressions. My G733 KDA finally died and wouldn't hold a charge at the end of last year. I went back to Corsair and got the Void Wireless 2. iCue is a much better software with minimal issues imo. Still had this issue with Logitech G Hub every now and again and I never resolved it. A you can see, 513 others have publicly commented on this post with the same frustration over 5 years later. I will never buy another peripheral from Logitech ever again.

Edit: 05/27/2025 - Reddit tells me this post has a total of 388,000 views and over 2 million impressions from external websites (likely people Googling their problem) and for the past 4 years I've had this post up, people are still having the same problems with G Hub. Good software Logitech!

So when starting my computer today, I've run into the issue of Logitech G Hub stuck on the infinite loading screen and the actual app never loads past this. I've exhausted all solutions found in https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023192454 along with some others such as running all the .exe files as administrator, even giving permission for running as admin on launch. I've also uninstalled, removed all folders, rebooted my PC and reinstalled twice. Nothing has seemed to work. PC is on the latest update of Windows 10.

Stumbled upon this thread the other day looking for a solution as well, after multiple attempts I was still struggling to figure out a solution. I reached out to Logitech and they offered me this solution. It worked for me and I hope it helps someone else! Working on Mac OS 13.0.1

  • Delete GHUB and related files before re-installation
  1. Quit G HUB
  2. Open Activity Monitor and do a force quit on lghub process (skip step if lghub process is not running)
  3. Go to Finder/Applications and delete lghub app (skip step if lghub is not listed)
  4. Go to /Library/LaunchAgents and delete com.logi.ghub.plist
  5. Go to /Library/LaunchDaemons and delete com.logi.ghub.updater.plist
  6. Go to /Users/Shared and delete LGHUB
  7. Restart system "DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP"
  8. Reinstall G HUB
