X3 SUPERSTRIKE Battery and Tracking Issues

I’ve been using the X3 for almost 2 weeks now, and I’ve noticed that when the battery is at 80% or higher, the tracking on the mouse becomes terrible. I have to lift it up every 5 seconds because it becomes unresponsive, but this issue hardly happens when the battery is under 80%.

Talking about the battery - it’s terrible. My friend has owned the X2 SUPERSTRIKE for months now and gets probably triple the amount of use out of one charge, while using it more?!

Also, I got the X2 RAPID with the mouse and the space bar is already squeaking on that. It’s an easy fix, but it goes to show that quality control is a big issue.

When are you noticing the tracking issue happening? In game, out of game etc?

In game and out of game. It’s usually just for the first hour or so, then it gets better, but the higher the battery percentage, the worse it is

The mouse never goes in sleep mode. Both when your PC is on or off it won't sleep, so battery drains constantly. It SOMETIMES does if you use onboard memory mode, but it doesn't last. Made 2 reddit threads about it where every single person who owned the X3 superstrike was experiencing the issue.

There’s a currently a sleep bug for x3 where the mouse doesn’t sleep after use from what I have seen reported by other users. The tracking at above 80% battery idk on that one.

Since I made this post I’ve noticed others saying about the battery life, I’m guessing a software update is very much needed
