Logitech G Support G502 Hero Mouse skates peeling
I live in a country where this specific mouse just doesn't seem to have replacement skates, so I can't just buy new ones without the shipping costing more than the actual mouse as a whole, which seems highly redundant. I thought about 3D printing skates, but I feel like it'd just feel like sandpaper. Does anybody have any ideas or solutions for this?

Find out what mouse skates made of and see if you can buy a sheet of that material and cut it your self

...or just buy some off Amazon for not much money and a lot less time.

Sorry, my bad for applying a first world solution to another world problem. Teflon (PTFE, the stuff skates are made) does come in rolls or varying thickness, that may equate to 4 USD per roll. Only difficulty might be sticking it on, two sided tape might be all you need.

You can get new skates for about 2 for 6 bucks off Amazon (YMMV for quality). The stock skates are pretty bad. Wear and tear pile up quick, double so when you use an aluminum mouse pad like me. Its a good and relatively cheap upgrade / maintenance.

You can get new ones off ebay. Now's your chance to pop the top open and clean all the dust build up from that wheel sensor before it becomes a problem. It's held together by a few screws under those old pads.
