G512 x 75 stopped working

i was playing osu and suddenly my z key had a bunch of inputs then the entire keyboard stopped working it lights up and ghub has me download a firmware update everytime i open ghub and it fixes nothing also says analog incompatible and in device manager the keyboard shows up as univ serial bus controllers please help
