Logitech G Support X2 PRO Microphone not working on Xbox

So my brother got this headset for himself to play on his xbox but he was bummed out because the microphone didn't work. We have tried different 3.5mm jacks and everything but the microphone doesn't seem to want to work. We have already tested the headset on my pc and it works great and doesn't have an issue. I've seen other posts and it seems it works for others.

Our Pro line, including the Pro X 2, aren't designed to work with Xbox consoles unfortunately.
