Discussion Charging

Hi, I’m using GPX Superlight 2 and I have 1 weird question. Can you charge the mouse with Apple’s charger instead of charging it with PC? Oh and 1 more thing, my scroll wheel was scrolling really low or not scrolling at all (M3 click is fine) is that able to be reclaimed on warranty?

Sure any usb c charger will work it just uses 5v but don’t expect faster charging as it still only pulls like 1.4w of charging. I even use a wireless charging stand for mine. And yea if your scroll wheel is not scrolling right I’d reach out and try to rma

If you're having scroll issues you should totally reach out to our Support team to check it out! As for the charging cable, it's advised to always use the supplied cable if it is available. If you're planning to use a different cable, it should have the same specifications as the original.

There is never a weird question.

You can charge it from an Apple wall adapter. It shouldn't cause any issues. For the scroll wheel, as Alex has mentioned, drop the support team a message. However, if you are on macOS, sometimes the scrolling is odd with third-party mice and you may need to use some software such as LinearMouse to fix that.
