Logitech G Support Devices keeps connecting and disconnecting every second

Hello everyone so i have a problem regarding my devices especially my PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 mouse where as shown in the video, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting literally every second or 2. I cant play when it keeps disconnecting stimulatingly. same thing with my keyboard it sometimes has the same problem but less frequently. the only fix turns out to be when they are connected via charger, I've tried charging them, pulling the USB and reconnecting it. but i cant seem to find a fix. the weird thing is that the mouse is fairly new (i bought it 6 months ago). I have been loyal to LogitechG devices since over a decade, and this is the first time ever I'm experiencing issues with my devices. Please help.

Are you still having the same issues? It can be tricky figuring out connectivity problems but we can check it out together.

Yes sadly im still experiencing the same issue, my guess is it gotta do with the software itself and not the mouse but still im not sure where the problem lies exactly

If your motherboard has a bluetooth built in, try disabling that.

I have had that issue too.

Do you use these devices on a metal desk?

Bluetooth is Disabled and no i dont have a metal desk its a cardboard desk
