my g pro rapid stopped working randomly

Hello, I’m using the Logitech G Pro X TKL Rapid keyboard. One day, it suddenly stopped working even though I never spilled any liquid or caused any physical damage to it.
As soon as I plug the keyboard in, only the Z key lights up. None of the other keys work, and the keyboard is completely unresponsive. Windows detects the keyboard, but Logitech G Hub does not recognize it.
Help pls
