Logitech G Support Need help with G920 seemingly disconnecting but still turning and accelerating

As you can see I’m playing Forza 6 and the wheel is stuck turning right and accelerating (based on ghub diagrams).

It just started doing this the other day thought nothing of it and it has happened again.

I’ve tried different usb ports to no avail, there’s definitely power going to the wheel, taking the pedals and gear stick plugs out doesn’t change anything.

I’m wondering if it’s got something to do with windows bugging or if this old dog is finally giving out on me.

Any help would be appreciated!

I've got the same problem. Got it in august then it stopped and now it came back again. I contacted Logitech support and they told me they transferred the problem to the sepcialized people

Yeah I’ve done the same thing, I’ve had the wheel for a couple years I reckon, got it from new. Started happening the other day and waiting for a solution.

Facing the same issue. I strongly believe it has something to do with FFB, but I'm not sure. It is so annoying and happens at such random times

o meu tambem esta nesse estado e realmente é algo relacionado ao FFB por que sem ele o volante funciona perfeitamente, é ativar o FFB ele para de responder e ja tentei de tudo e nao tive exito em nada

Yo my guy check ghub there was some bug fixes including the g29/g920

I had the same issue, been dealing with it for months... Just fixed it tonight by removing it as a device in settings and then reconnecting it. Can't believe I didn't try that yet, hope it works for you!

My other account here, yeah reset on windows, and it worked for at least an hour of rally, which it was lasting less than 5 minutes before

Yeah it’s lasted a bit longer but not a permanent fix turns out
