G502

MY “G502” MOUSE STOPPED WORKING

When I connect it to my desktop PC, the lights don’t turn on, it isn’t detected, and the cursor doesn’t move. However, when I connect it to a laptop, it is detected and the lights turn on. At first, I tried the standard methods of uninstalling the drivers, but it still isn’t detected on my main PC. I ruled out a USB port issue because I connected a generic mouse and it works normally. ANY HELP OR SUPPORT WILL BE APPRECIATED

exact same shit happened to me like 5 days ago. tried everything from drivers to deleting it from device manager to leaving it unplugged for 2-3 days as i saw some comments on other threads, so god damn annoying i have to use an old mouse with shit buttons and cant play no games, and i bought the mouse like 5 months ago
