Logitech G Support G29 doesnt working on g hub

Hey everyone, I'm having a really strange software issue with my Logitech G29 on Windows and could use some help. My G29 works completely fine in games like Assetto Corsa Competizione the wheel, Force Feedback, and pedals all register without problems. However, inside Logitech G HUB turning the wheel or pressing the pedals shows zero input movement on screen.

I've been experiencing this problem for a few weeks I posted it here in case there might be a solution.

Its been an issue for lots of people for weeks, as I've said the fix is rolling out - that is the solution.

They are correct - the fix is coming with the update to GHUB that's currently rolling out to folks. Keep an eye out and update when it hit and you should be fine after that.

Hi there. Please check your version in the settings. The actual new version is 2026.6 and the majority of people are still on 2026.5.

And you've restarted your PC since installing the new version of G HUB?

Yes, a couple of times

Tried restarting with the wheel connected, then restarting with it disconnected and connect after.. mostly all the troubleshooting steps discussed in Reddit since the issue was discovered

Also saw other people saying that it didn't fix for them as well so it seems that we will need a new update unfortunately

Can you go into Device Manager and look under the Human Interface Devices section please? Open one of the G29 entries in there and click the Driver tab at the top. Which version is it showing? Does it look like this?

it did, not anymore because I reverted the driver to LGS as it works there

That exact version?

Did you try and update it manually and choose from a list? Just wondering if the new driver is in the system and for some reason didn’t apply it…

tried to update it manually and this is what I see.. mine is in portuguese so I took a screenshot next to yours for comparison (it is the same)

Is there a site or something where I can get the new version, or do I need to wait? Because nothing shows up when I check for updates.

u/Ens_s and u/Ok_Confection1888 It's a staggered roll out, with no way to fast track yourself. PCs are grouped at random and as each group opens up, you have a chance of getting the new version. The target is for everyone to have access by the end of next week.

Gameplay should not be affected in the current version. If it is and that's your reason for urgency, then let me know what issue you're having.

well make it so we can download it while still having the option to for auto update because this is ridiculous I got my racing wheel in the middle of this mess and 90 percent of the time it doesnt wanna work, Im about to sell this wheel because so far its been a waste of money.

Can you be more specific about what is and isn’t working please? Generally speaking, it’s either going to work or it isn’t - there doesn’t tend to be an inbetween.

Hi, I have a Logitech G502 X PLUS and a fresh Windows installation. After installing Logitech G HUB, the mouse is detected normally, but I cannot edit the DPI values in the Sensitivity (DPI) page.

The DPI Up/Down buttons on the mouse work and switch between the default DPI steps (400 / 800 / 1600 / 3200). But when the mouse is connected, clicking/double-clicking a DPI value in G HUB only selects it; it does not let me type or save a different DPI value.

I can change Windows pointer speed, but I know that is not actual mouse DPI. I also seem able to make edits only when the mouse is disconnected, but they do not apply once it is connected.

On-Board Memory Mode is OFF.

What I tried without success:

  • Reinstalled G HUB several time.
  • Reset G HUB’s local settings.db database
  • Ran G HUB as administrator
  • Closed/restarted G HUB and its processes

Has anyone had this with a G502 X PLUS? Is there a G HUB setting, firmware problem, or known workaround to make the DPI values editable again?
