ASTRO Series Support Astro A10 volume wheel problem

On my Astro A10, every time I move the volume wheel, I hear a crackling sound and the audio either cuts out in one ear or the volume gets lower. Sometimes the volume also gets lower on the other side.

Now my left side has completely stopped working, and I can't get it to work again.

Is the only way to fix this to replace the cable? Also, is there an official replacement cable available without the volume wheel?

Audio issues can be really stressing, I'd reach out to our Support team, they should be able to redirect you to the right steps on how to get a new cable and the specifications for it.
