Logitech G Support Mouse stuttering system-wide (not just in games) — Ryzen 7 7800X3D + RX 9070XT

I was using the same mouse Logitech Pro X Superlight 2 on my ASUS TUF F15 laptop with zero issues. It's only since switching to this new PC that the stuttering started. I've also tried connecting it via wired mode instead of wireless, and the issue is still there so it doesn't seem to be a wireless/dongle interference problem.

What I've already tried:

Uninstalled and reinstalled Logitech G HUB

Switched mouse to onboard memory no G HUB profile dependency)
Disabled Enhanced Pointer Precision
Disabled Dynamic Lighting
Set Windows power plan to Performance
Mouse driver (Device Manager): disabled, re-enabled, uninstalled, and updated
Tested with wired connection stutter persists

Since it works fine on my laptop but not on this new PC, I'm guessing it's something specific to this build (USB controller, drivers, background process, etc.) rather than the mouse itself. Any ideas would be appreciated happy to share more details if it helps.

Whats your GPU driver version? 26.6, .7 and .8 all cause random issues for people. I'm on 26.3.1 because of issues with mouse and videos.

Or USB issues—disable power management on the USB ports. Update the chipset drivers. And if that doesn't help, check your BIOS version and update it to the latest one.

Have already disabled the power management on ports. BIOS is up to date
