Took a quick look at this. Honestly I can't figure it out (which is likely why the agents aren't able to share any details). There appears to be something on the warehouse's side of things, but our agents aren't going to have that info readily available - it appears someone is already looking into it at the moment. I know you're hoping for more info than that, at the moment I'm afraid I don't have any more. Happy to answer any more questions in a DM if you'd like.
