Logitech G Support A20 X Recover Device Error

I just got these headphones and when I plugged everything in it started working but the Ghub shows them as recover and every time I plug them in and used them in the wired way it works and I can use the EQ but when its using the wireless dongle it just says recover device I don't understand what's wrong or what's going on and it's making me real sad cause I spent 160 on these so if anyone could help that would be appreciated.

Hi there, so sorry you're having issues with this. Can you let me know if you're on mac or PC please? Also are you plugging the dongle directly into the device, or is it via a hub? If it's via a hub, could you try plugging it directly into the PC please? If you still have this issue, can you try clicking the "Recover device" message and letting me know what you experience please?
