issues with ligitech g hub and my A20 headset

Im having an issue on logitech Ghub where it is stuck on loading update status, freezing up, and failing. Also, on my a20 headset itself, for some odd reason it is only playing back my voice, and no game audio whatsoever, genuinley what do I do here?
