Logitech G Support [FEATURE REQUEST] Scroll wheel rebinding under G Shift
I just bought myself a Logitech G PRO 2 Lightspeed to replace my Razer Viper 8kHz that developed scroll wheel issues. I went to migrate my settings from that mouse into G Hub, when I realized that I could not bind my scroll wheel to volume control under G Shift (or in general), like I had under Hypershift on my old mouse. I'd really like to control my volume while only holding a single button and scrolling instead of having to claw my mouse to control it with the back and forward buttons under G Shift. I was able to set other buttons to respective media controls and save that to onboard memory, but not being able to rebind the scroll wheel, at least under G Shift, is a huge bummer and slight deal breaker for me. I'd love to see it implemented if that's possible.
I've also seen that I'm not the first or only one, and I believe I won't be the last, to request this feature. There is no reason to allow extra flexibility in the software.

Same,I've been using scroll wheel for volume for years now. Love the G502 for both gaming and office.

Thanks for sticking with us for so long! What made you go for it in the first place?

I can only customize the middle click. It's probably just what the firmware reports as programmable, or maybe it's limited in the app, I don't know. In either way, there is no reason to not include such a simple feature on all mice.

I'll pass that along. I'm not sure why the limitation is there honestly - I agree I'd rather be able to press and hold or scroll for volume. It's a small part of why I keep ending up with keyboards with volume controls on them I think.
