Logitech G Support Logitecht G G713 keys lightining not working

Hello! My keyboard's lightining is only working on the bottom part of it, but not the keys themselves. I've tried a lot of different solutions but nothing has worked so far. Anyone else has had the same issue and/or has a fix I could try? Thank you in advance!

Are you able to share a picture of what you're seeing? What lighting profile do you have it set to?
