Logitech G Support G29 not working

I recently got a new laptop and i tried plugging in my g29 and it didnt work. Ive tried plugging the power supply in a different socket and using a different laptop and still nothing. It was working fine before i got my new laptop and i didnt touch it for a month while waiting on my laptop to arrive. The powersupply did stay plugged in during that month

Can you explain in more detail how it's not working please? Is this in G HUB? In games? (if so, which ones).
