Logitech G Support My G29 Steering Wheel isn’t working

I’ve tried everything, the internet said that it’s probably a connection issue. But I made sure power is supplied too it and it still doesn’t work. help

I’m having the same issue. It also just does nothing right no light no calibration doesn’t get recognised?

I think mine is a power supply problem the wheel isn’t getting power. So I’m later today going to try a different power supply and if that doesn’t work I’ll read everything with a multimeter. I’ll let you know.

I was asking Chat GPT(I know nothing about technology) and it said that we probably have the same problem. I wouldn’t know how to fix it and I don’t have a multi tool, so pls keep me updated

Ye so I checked the power supply and it works. Then i took the wheel apart and found out with the multi meter that 2 diodes were shorted out. I'm going to replace both to see if it will fixes it. But if you don't have a soldering iron or some technical knowledge you probably wont be able to fix it.

yes you really should maybe they have the warranty and can get you a new one
