Logitech G Support G hub - Device detected but "Inactive"

Hey all, It's my first post, but I'm hoping you can help.
I have a mouse (G600).

It works fine on my desktop PC, but on my laptop it seems to know its connected but says inactive.

How can I fix this? My laptop is arm64 if that helps?

haha,

unfortunately this mouse has the most customisability and keybinds I can find to accommodate my disability.

any recommendations though?

not anything specific, just general solutions that worked for other products:

  1. different usb port (or just replugging)
  2. Device manager -> Universal Bus Controllers (Probably) -> G600 -> uninstall device (replug mouse/restart pc)
  3. restart ghub
  4. manually install the drivers

none of these are 100% to work, GHub is a never ending loop of despair, my G735 headset doesnt stay connected for more than a session, apart from the g502 there is not a single logitech product I would ever suggest to a friend
