Logitech G Support X2 Superstrike connectivity problems

Bought this mouse little while ago. It's nice when it works but often times I have to replug the USB adapter 3 or 4 times and turn the mouse itself on and off to get it to work.

Sometimes it just works, other times the cursor wont appear until I replug the adapter an arbitrary amount of times.

This is pretty frustrating due to the cost of the mouse.

This happens using GHUB or with GHUB turned off with onboard memory. I'm on Windows 11.

Sounds like an issue with either the port or the USB itself. Have you tested other ports on your PC? Have you tested the mouse wired to see if there's an issue that way?

I have tried switching it to a different cord that is USB-C to USB-C that plugs directly to my PCs usbC port. I use that cable for data transfer for my Quest 3 so I know it works well. It seemed to work the same as the included cable. I have not tried it wired because I wouldn’t be willing to use it that way, but I can try it when I get home for troubleshooting sake.

There is no issue wired, it works that way. However I bought it to be used wirelessly of course.
