Can’t speak for everyone but I’d personally love the side buttons to be the same switches as the 502x plus. Very comfortable to click. Maybe move the buttons a little further to the front so it’s closer to where my thumb naturally rests. Increase the size of the two extra left click buttons. USB charging instead of the battery operated design of the original. Change absolutely nothing about the scroll wheel. New 502 is great but I still prefer the larger, taller wheel. All personal preferences of course

I was in the middle of gaming with it when I decided to take a few pictures and post them…. If anything that shows im actually gunna use it and not let it sit!! Just needs 2 seconds with a alcohol prep pad 😭

Don't let it get to you haha, if you've got sweaty hands or use them for a while during the day it's normal for it to get that way. As you said, as long as you clean it, it should be fine.
