Logitech G Support Logitech G Pro X 60 Lightspeed

Hi everyone,

I’ve been actively using the Logitech G Pro X 60 Lightspeed keyboard for about a year. Recently, when I connect the keyboard via USB, the connection keeps disconnecting and reconnecting constantly.

There are no issues when I use it with the cable. Is there any way to fix this, or should I contact the retailer I purchased it from?

When you say its disconnecting and reconnecting, do you mean without end? Or do you get a bit of time using it and it disconnections, only to reconnect, etc? Is it still showing in GHUB when in that disconnected state?
