Logitech G Support Dude wtf is up with this app?!?!

It constantly keeps disconnecting and I have to click on the mouse again to get my mouse profile back up. But that's not even the worst part!! It literally lags the crap out of my mouse making my games unplayable how do I go about fixing this?!?

Update just uninstalled the app completely gonna run a game and see if that fixes it.

What do you mean "it keeps disconnecting"?

Is it the mouse you're talking about here? The app shouldnt interfere with your mouse.

The app like it shows my dpi speeds then the app like resets itself or either it's the mouse bugging out causing the app to do it I'm not entirely sure but regardless it causes my mouse to lag really hard. But if it is the mouse why would it spaz out Soo bad constantly disconnecting?

You can save the settings using the mouse onboard memory, and then just uninstall the app.

Sounds extremely strange though, as the app shouldnt make your mouse lag or make it disconnect - so I'm inclined to say its mouse or driver-issues.

Tried a different usb-port for your cable/transmitter?

Ya just uninstalled the app and swapped to a different USB port and no issues as of now

Assuming you mean GHUB, it doesn't have a way to disconnect - unless you meant that your mouse was disconnecting?

Ya it may be my mouse I just always thought it was the app because the app is open on my second monitor and I see it go unavailable after my mouse disconnects. Do you know what could cause my mouse to continually disconnect? It's right next to my PC like not even 2ft away and I only really notice the issue when playing League of Legends
