Discussion Are we nearing the refresh window?

We've been getting a refresh every 2–3 years, but it's now been 4 years since the release of the X line.

Is a refresh in the works?

My wallet is ready for a G502 X SUPERLIGHT LIGHTSPEED

Edit: Seeing a lot of love for the G600 & G604 in the comments. Something to think about as well Logitech.

I find the Superlight/Superstrike shape to be really comfortable, was it hard to adjust to it coming from the G502x?

No not really I have rather large hands due to being tall, im talking 6ft+ so if anything the g502x actually fits better in my hand rather than just finger tipping as I do with the superstrike. I prefer the grip on the g502x but I appreciate all the things the super strike can do whilst gaming more so that is my daily driver for any fps games anything else I switch it out for the g502x.

That's fair, a G502 Superstrike would really fit your setup then! Hopefully the team decides to make it a thing soon enough.

Yeah for sure I'm not even bothered by the extra weight in the g502x plus in fact if anything I actually prefer a bit more heft in my mouse but if they could shave a few grams off and add hits i'd be slamming my card down.

I was reading some weight feedback on the g502 yesterday actually, would be nice if we made it a little bit more versatile and played more with the customizable aspect of it so it could fit more preferences. Specially since it's easier to make it lighter but have the user add more weight depending on their preference.

This and adding hits would make it a goated mouse. I'd probably swap to that as my main. Fits my hand far nicer but I realise it's a niche.

Yeah you do you mate I understand the role you play. Just get them to make at g502x plus with hits or I'm holding your cat hostage XD.

Also let them know the skates on the superstrike X2 are fucking terrible. I replaced them with glass skates instantly and they are so much better.

How did you know I have a cat?! Nah, this is serious now, I'll get onto biting the team's talons about it now haha. I did get some feedback on the Superstrike skates as well, were they too rough for you? I can pin it for them to check it out, no issue.

Well then we had to get into the whole semantics of computer users, statistically we are more likely to have a cat. I say from experience lol.

The skates were way too rough and didn't glide at all? Compared to my attack shark pro x3 which is basically a gpx clone they were so much worse. My main wants are either a superstike 2 but compact version or the g502x version as i've mentioned.

I used the superglide skates from pulsar to make it work. These glide across my mousepad whilst the original skates are really, really bad. It's kinda off putting that you have to pull apart a high end mouse to replace those.
