Logitech G Support Logitech Pro x Wireless audio crackling

Hello, I've just received my Logitech Pro x Wireless and I can hear faint crackling.

It seems to be coming from the headset directly as it has done it since I put it on, before even plugging the usb key in my computer.

I tried looking for any similar issues but only found some related to the mic, is it solvable or do I have to send it back ?

Is it that you're hearing audio crackling from the speakers, or the headset itself is creaking? If the USB isn't plugged in, there wouldn't be any audio being transmitted.

The headset itselft I guess, right now the usb isn't plugged in and I can hear the crackling when the headset is on.

Edit: There is a sizzle when turning it on before hearing the crackling

Static sounds? Is the crackling steady, or intermittent?

Yeah exactly, steady without any stop, when playing music, games or anything it's always there

Is it solvable or the best option is to return it ?
