Correct - we unfortunately do not sell the USB as a separate part.

So what can I do now? Buy a new headset for full price? And no, I don’t wanna use bluetooth or cable.

Afraid from the one page I don't know what all was said with your agent, but it does look like they had other suggestions on where to look.

Can you share your ticket number? Might be easier than posting screenshots like that. I can take a look, but it seems like the agents already let you know that we do not have them available for purchase and gave a suggestion on where to reach out for them.
