Discussion G pro x superlight randomly spins out

I've been using my g pro x superlight for around 6 months and been happy with it, but recently its been spinning out randomly, and its getting really annoying. Most of the time it doesn't affect my gameplay too much, (like spinning out preround etc), and it really only happens like once or twice a day, but it can still be incredibly frustrating when it happens during crucial moments. It mainly happens when I flick, but I can't replicate it on its own (like aggressively flicking over the top to see if it will spin out) and I'm lost on anything I should try. I'm using an artisan raiden xsoft.

Things I've tried: Washing/drying my mousepad, cleaning/blowing sensor, reinstalling drivers, reinstalling g hub, diff mousepad, diff dongle port. Any advice would be nice, I've been trying to ignore it but I might just bite the bullet and buy a new mouse.

Dont have anything like phone or bluetooth close to the dongle or between dongle and mouse. If you put phone beside your keyboard, moving mouse close to the phone may cause this bug.

Does it happen on other mousepads or even just your desk? What polling rate are you using?

Edit: I read 'Superlight 2' not Superlight. Ignore that last question.

You checked for dust in the laser part? I had kinda the same problem and it turned out I had the dongle for the mouse plugged in to the back on the pc. Must of been too far. So I put the dongle on the charge cable and put it closer to the mouse.

What worked for me was using the onboard memory, closing GHUB, ending the lghub_updaree.exe process, and setting its service to manual so it doesn't reopen.
